I'd like too but am a bit too paranoid about it being lost up my butt The plugs I have that I trust have bases that are big enough to make me look like I need to change underwear... Guess I have to just imagine what it might be like until I find a base that is shaped to where an experienced user won't worry about it being lost, while at the same time not have it be intrusive.

I have a Pure Plug small and medium. The small always feels like it's trying to pop out. The medium stays in nicely and is comfortable for extended wear.

If you have the right plug like a Njoy pure plug or Ryder it's a totally fun and safe adventure! You never have to worry about them falling out and they can be worn comfortably for hours..
