The thought of using a glass dildo sounds cold, hard, and uncomfortable. I don't want to spend money on something I won't enjoy but I'm also curious. Insights anyone?

yep they are hard and i love it. the firmness is utterly amazing. as far as being cold, they may be a bit chilly at first, but glass matches your body tempature really fast.

if you give one a try, i'm sure you will love it.

Ditto! Just start with one that's small in diameter until you figure out what kind of texture, if any, you like. Textures on glass make them seem much bigger than they really are just because they aren't squishy at all.

Start with something smaller, smoothed and curved.

Hard, slick and more intense texture wise. Cold but then warm to body temp. I like them, they're different.

Glass is absolutely my favorite material. As other have mentioned, it warms to your body temp very quickly. The firmness is very appealing, and they're very slick (I never need any lube with glass dildos, whereas I do with silicone - which I find to have a little more resistance than I prefer).

I agree with the previous comments - start smaller and fairly neutral in terms of texture.

The firmness is very effective on your g-spot. I would suggest buying a smaller diameter, no-texture toy for your first and then work up from there if you like it.

I used to just go with vibes, but recently I bought an Icicles No. 24 from Pipedream and this thing is awesome. I am now a fan of glass!

It is a very different feeling from other dildos, but they are great for hard and direct stimulation of the g-spot. Also, there is virtually no texture or drag so they are very easy to insert (though a bit cold at times). And very easy to clean! I would highly suggest trying one, so it's good to hear that that is what you decided.

I agree they are amazing and do warm up very quickly. Also they are sanitary, have a high safety rating and most are dishwasher safe!

Glass toys are fun to use: they warm to your body temp, you can use them for temperature play (try sticking one in the freezer!), and are a breeze to clean. Plus, you can use any lube with them: you don't have to worry about ruining a toy because your lube melted it!
