A friend gave me a gift card, but when I try to enter the code it says 'The gift card does not exist' I already submitted a ticket, but Im still waiting for a reply. Help?

Is it a physical gift card? Or a gift card your friend generated with their EdenPoints online?

If it's a virtual gift card generated with EdenPoints, that's why you can't use it. They can only be used by the account that generated them.

Regardless, you'll get an answer soon since you've already sent in a support ticket!

It's a physical gift card. I just hope it gets sorted soon, I want to get some things in the sale
