Screw your looseness/tightness they feel good and give you way better orgasms. Everybody should try it for orgasm quality ,increased sex drive and self lubrication alone. It really has alot of health benefits and if they help you tighten your vagina, or have control over when you ejaculate then jsut consider that an added bonus

I do my exercises all the time. I just recently had a baby so I need to get it back into shape. To help myself remember to do them all the time is every night when I have to get up and feed her ill do my exercises, or when I'm out driving around ill do them when sitting at red lights. Been doing that for so long I notice myself doing it without even thinking about it.

Of course! Some get into vaginal exercisers after having kids, and some (myself included) decide to start before having kids.

This thread makes me sad. We're taught to hate our vaginas and keep them "up to speed". Your vagina WILL NOT become "loose". Your vagina stretches! Its not as if things are going to start falling out of you.

Look up vaginal prolapse, pelvic prolapse, and rectal prolapse... all caused by loosened pelvic muscles after hysterectomies or childbirth. It is a proven fact that kegel exercising will help with those issues. It has also been proven to help with urinary incontinence.

Actually, yes I do enjoy vaginal tightening and find it stimulating especially for solo play. It's a great prelude and warm up way to begin excitement for the Big O!

These conditions are also relevant as a consequence of aging, even without childbirth. Exercising pelvic muscles is part of promoting good health.
