I've been working for awhile now on a post & video that talks about flame testing (the hows and whys) but it was moved to the forefront recently when I received two toys that claimed to be silicone and in fact are not. I know that there is a very popular thread on here asking if contributors flame test, and many didn't know about it or know how.
