What I want to know from anyone who has actually used this position pillow "inflatable tilt master" by Pipedream is what are some of the positions you can you use this for? all they show on the box is someone sitting on it, but can you turn it over and use it for doggy style? and is it sturdy enough for a woman to ride her man cowgirl style while he is sitting on it?

I have used it and you are limited only by your imagination. It is really quite comfortable and on the side of the actual box they show a variety of other positions. It is sturdy but as it is inflated by air, you can "roll off" if you are not careful.
