I'm pretty sure (like 90%) they have the same motor, so they're equally strong.
I got the HIB, myself, as it was a little cheaper. However, the bullets are really very buzzy and I prefer deeper, rumbly vibrations. Once I got my Ultimate Massager, I chucked the HIB.
