Anyone have one? I know it's been discontinued from EF for quite some time, but I got one elsewhere. It was advertised as 3-speed when I bought it but mine only has on/off settings, no variation in the vibrations or anything. Did I just happen to get a defective one? Is there anything I can do about it? :\
