I don't really do anything different shower-wise when I'm on my period vs. when I'm not. I guess I don't feel like it makes me that dirty.

I shower once a day while I'm on my period and every other day when I'm not. Too much of a good thing is a bad thing in my case---I have very sensitive skin and showering can do more harm than good, sometimes.

I shower once a day - like always, but when I'm home I wash my coochie in the bidet after emptying end reinserting my menstrual cup (sitting on the bidet is my fave position for changing it).

i take a shower alot on my period because first of all, you will have a lot of blood down there you will be like really dirty so you should take a lot of showers in one day when i have my period, if i don´t have period then it´s ok with one but you always have to be fresh and change your pad ot tampons frecuently when you have your period also take more showers ,,, in my opinion

I shower once a day, the same as I usually do. I don't see why it would be any different. I use tampons so there isn't any mess. When I used to use pads I would use wipes to clean up throughout the day.

I don't really change my habits unless there's a reason. (Planning on doing something special, wanting to wear white clothing, etc.) A period is a natural part of my body's way to stay healthy, so as long as I'm being hygienic about it, it doesn't seem like it warrants extra attention.

It honestly depends on how heavy the flow is. I shower daily normally. If I feel gross I will shower when needed. I think any more than twice is just wasting water. If you change pads/tampons as recommended, it shouldn't be that bad. Plus, they also make the sanitary wipes, which are identical to baby wipes.

I still shower once a day like I normally do. I don't make any showering changes, but I do keep wipes available for in between clean ups, plus using the DivaCup it really doesn't get very messy, certainly not like it used to!

just once a day, like normal. Usually I don't wash my hair on the first day, because it takes too long and I want to get out of the shower as fast as possible to lie down in bed again, but other than that, it's the same routine.

I will usually shower once a day unless I am totally exhausted and skip one night. It doesn't depend on my menstrual cycle either.

I don't have a period now because I take meds for endometriosis and they stop my periods. When I was having them though, they were extreme and far too heavy due to my female problems so I never wore pads and the tampons kept things clean, but it was like stopping up a hole in the pool. Once the stopper's gone it rushes out! Sorry, that was gross. But anyways I would shower extra if it was everywhere which was very often. But unless it's so bad that it is on me then I won't shower extra. I guess if you had an odor that's a good reason to shower extra, but I don't think that's a common occurance. I'd take a hot bath though to help with the pain.

I do just once a day; it's actually unhealthy to even shower that much, so I don't want to clean as little as possible to stay the least amount of greasy!

I shower more often, but I try to conserve water by getting baby wipes if possible. Periods make me feel dirty and I hate dealing with them. No matter what, just feeling the stuff shift and move out of my body makes me want to live in the shower until it's over.

It depends. If I'm lucky on most days I'll still be showering only once a day. Unfortunately sometimes during the first day or two when it's the heaviest I may need to shower more.

My wife does not change her routine. She showers once per day - unless we have some especially messy sex - then she pops into the shower to rinse off.
