Comfy As Can Be
This is a very soft and silky shirt that I suggest you grab while you have the chance. It is comfortable, lightweight, and over all nice to have. It is a nice addition to your wardrobe, either for personal reasons, or to show EF some love and support.Published: October 5, 2011
Pros:
Soft, Machine Washable, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons:
May run a little small
I have ordered time and again from EdenFantasys, and every time I placed my order, I check the Free Gift list. The shirt has been there for a least a month, but each time I talked myself out of it. What in the world was I going to do with a shirt that promoted sex toys, at my age? It seemed like a very unrealistic thing to get. Finally though, I got over it, clicked the 'Add to cart' button, and ordered the shirt.
It only took a few days to arrive, even with my order mix-up. My boyfriend came into the bedroom with the box, and threw it at me. I got my scissors, and cut away the tape. There was my shirt, in size XXXL, folded nicely in the box, waiting to be worn. I lifted it out, and was extremely happy when the soft, silky material touched my fingertips. I absolutely adore soft clothing, and had been praying that the material would feel like this. I was not in any way disappointed.
This shirt is soft, and very comfortable. There is one small tag, to show the size of the shirt. There isn't a tag with the cloth material, or with how to wash it. I personally don't mind, I got the shirt much larger then needed for a reason. It wasn't as big as I thought it would be, though. Still, even if it shrinks, it will still be comfortably large on me. If you want to get a size that will fit you though, you may want to get a size bigger then what you actually wear.
The shirt is a nice, deep black, with white lettering saying 'I like things that go' above a multi-color line of lettering that says 'VROOM'. Beneath this is the EdenFantasy logo, in green and pink. The collar of the shirt goes right to that little dip in your neck, which, for me, isn't all the comfortable. It makes me feel like I can't breathe. The back is plain black, with no lettering or logos. (The flash from my camera washed out the color, but trust me, it is a nice rich black).
The material is 100% cotton, and as I stated, very soft and silky to the touch. Cotton is machine washable, and the shirt claims to be pre-shrunk. I would still get this a size larger then needed though, just in case. The material is lightweight, easy to move around in, and very breathable. This is a shirt I believe you could wear in the middle of summer, and you wouldn't overheat in, due to how light and comfortably thin the material is. However, despite the lightness and thinness of this shirt, you can't see through it while you are wearing it. I usually have issues of my bra being seen, in the back and front, however I am wearing a white bra, and you wouldn't be any the wiser to this fact when I wear this shirt.

Experience
I truly adore this shirt. I feel like you could wear it, and even though you are clearly advertising something, it isn't overly obvious what exactly it is this refers to. I got this, thinking it would be a huge, stiff shirt that I could wear at home or to go to sleep in. Instead, I found it was a bit more fitted, and incredibly soft. I would say, snag this while you can if you want something comfortable to wear, either at home or out and about.
Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I've washed this shirt many times, and it's still as soft and silky as when I first got it. People asked if the shirt was small, or if it had shrunk, and my answer is no. The shirt may run a size smaller, but it hasn't gotten any smaller. It's very comfortable, so I would say take advantage and get one!
A side note- people say that this shirt comes in different materials. I got another, and it was the same silky material as the first.

#AskEden - EF Shirt Sizes
-
I normally wear a medium or a large. I ordered this shirt in XL so that I could wear it lounging and for sleep. Its so small though. It came about a medium or a small. Im afraid to wash it and see it shrink
-
I have three of these - one large, and two XL. The large was a bit snug, but the XL are fine, and have held up to repeated washings well.
-
There were actually a couple different types of EF shirts. The XL and larger shirts were sized a little smaller than expected, but the L and smaller shirts were right on with their sizes.
There were quite a few forum posts on this.

Material?

Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?

Quote: Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?I have three of these now (all in the same size). Each one is a different material! The first was very thin, stretchy, and really a great shirt since it is sized so small. The second was a very thick material with no stretch to it at all! I cannot even get that one on, even though it should fit exactly like the first one I received. The third shirt is wearable, but again is thicker material than the first, at least this one has a bit more stretch to it than the second one!
I would wager a guess that they are ordering these made up using the "most cost effective" material available, which would account for the varied material (which ever one is cheaper to make that day).
I know that I was happy with the first one, so I ordered more to "modify" some of them as I had seen in a video here. As it stands now...I have one to hide in the closet, one to tuck away for "emergency t-shirt needs", and one I can actually wear and enjoy.
So long as they are offering these free with purchase, I may get a few more (they'll make good rags if nothing else), but I wouldn't spend the $15 asking price on them with the materials being so varied from order to order! -
Good to know, and I hope the one I'll get in my next order will be a soft material.

They just came out so I don't think anyone has had a chance to wear them out yet.

Thank you for viewing EdenFantasys t-shirt – gags review page!

I love the silkiness of these shirts as well! I have an XXL one for sleeping in, as well as one that fits a bit better for wearing out and about. Nice review!
Thanks
I found this shirt actually ran at least 2-3 sizes too small. I am surprised you didn't have the same problem. Did it shrink after the first time you wore it?
I only just wore it, haven't washed It yet to tell you. I will let you know, though. But, like I said, I purposely chose a size that Is bigger then what I normally wear on purpose.
thanks!
Your welcome
Follow-up for Diabolical Kitty:
I have washed and dried (in the dryer) this shirt about three times since I write this review. It hasn't gotten any smaller that I can tell, it hasn't lost it's silky feeling, and is still soft and comfy for me.
nice review
Thanks
