Overall I loved the shirt. I could wear it every day if I bought enough of them, of course in a different size. It's off by two so if you wear a medium, I suggest ordering an XL, and for Large, 2XL. And you get the rest.Published: November 29, 2011

I would like to start off by saying this shirt is awesome. It has its pros and cons but once you find the right size it is amazing. My favorite part is the texture. It's so soft. I love it. Due to the size I probably won't wear it out in public unless I have another shirt over it like a button down or something along those lines. I usually use it as a night shirt.
When I got my package in this was the first thing I grabbed and put on. It was so comfortable but like I was saying earlier, there is a problem with the sizing. I wear a medium. Though I typically go up one size because a medium is form fitting on me and I don't really like that. Since I don't like it too small I got an XL to be on the safe side. Good thing I went up to an XL because it actually fits me like a medium. That is about the only problem I had with it.
I like the material and yes it's on the thin side but at least it is soft. I don't mind too much. And the collar fit nice around the neck. It's not too tight or too loose. I like it. Color wise, it does stand out. Bright colors on black usually do. It does catch a lot of eyes when in public due to the color and saying on the shirt. Causes a lot of questions and starts conversations. Not usually bad ones. Curiosity kills the cat every time. And you never know, you might end up meeting some friends that way. You can look back and think Eden fantasys shirt brought us together.

Experience
I suggest getting at least two or three sizes above what you usually would get. The material is not stated on the shirts tag but I have read a lot of reviews and found out that they have produced two different materials in their shirts. The only that I got is more of a spandex like shirt and is very soft though the other I heard was more cotton like and It have little speckles around the wording on the shirt. It doesn't have instructions for washing but I have washed it like I would any other shirt and it has done fine for me. I'm 5'8" and it fits me quite well in length. It has done me good so far wearing wise. It's comfortable and, like I've repeated throughout the review, VERY SOFT. I love it. The ONLY thing I hate is the sizing being off. Other than that it is an amazing shirt.

Now that I have my binder I have found good use for this shirt. As long as I'm wearing my binder, it fits pretty well. I really like it and when I wear it I tend to rub the bottom of it because it is so soft. So in the future I see a hole that will be in my shirt from rubbing it so much! But overall I love it. It's in the wash right now. I can't wait till it gets dried.

I normally wear a medium or a large. I ordered this shirt in XL so that I could wear it lounging and for sleep. Its so small though. It came about a medium or a small. Im afraid to wash it and see it shrink

I have three of these - one large, and two XL. The large was a bit snug, but the XL are fine, and have held up to repeated washings well.

There were actually a couple different types of EF shirts. The XL and larger shirts were sized a little smaller than expected, but the L and smaller shirts were right on with their sizes.

Why does it seem like I received one shirt made out of a thinner and softer material than the other shirts I received? Has anyone else experienced this?

The first was very thin, stretchy, and really a great shirt since it is sized so small. The second was a very thick material with no stretch to it at all! I cannot even get that one on, even though it should fit exactly like the first one I received. The third shirt is wearable, but again is thicker material than the first, at least this one has a bit more stretch to it than the second one!
I would wager a guess that they are ordering these made up using the "most cost effective" material available, which would account for the varied material (which ever one is cheaper to make that day).
I know that I was happy with the first one, so I ordered more to "modify" some of them as I had seen in a video here. As it stands now...I have one to hide in the closet, one to tuck away for "emergency t-shirt needs", and one I can actually wear and enjoy.
So long as they are offering these free with purchase, I may get a few more (they'll make good rags if nothing else), but I wouldn't spend the $15 asking price on them with the materials being so varied from order to order! -
Good to know, and I hope the one I'll get in my next order will be a soft material.
