This peckeroni pasta is made of 100% Durum Semolina and water. Mama Peckeroni is sold as a novelty only and even has a picture of a cartoon lady holding a bowl and the pasta is behind it. The price of this pasta is only $6.99 and is VERY much worth it as its size is 10 oz.

The back of the pasta box has two recipes on it; one is for Meat- a sauce and the other one is for cream- a sauce. You can make a different variety of pasta dishes with this peckeroni, so choose a recipe you like to make using these pecker shaped pasta noodles and have fun cooking it!

The pasta is pretty well made and is bigger in size than I thought it would be; I'm sure it will last one or two cookings depending on how much pasta you plan on making for you and/or friends. I personally only use it for myself, so I don't use a lot of it in one sitting. The nutritional facts are on the side of the box. To cook, just cook it like you would any pasta but make sure you are standing over it to make sure it doesn't over cook or stick to the pan; I use a little bit of salt when I cook with this pasta. It tastes a little different than just normal pasta as it's Durum but it's pretty good to me. The feel of the pasta before it's cooked is hard and smooth, and once it's cooked it's soft. It's kind of on the pricey side if you're only making it all at once, but it's fun to make at the same time so the choice is up to you. I bought two boxes just for fun for myself, so I have plenty of pasta for 2 meals during lunch for myself.
