The Cheeky Boy is the latest in the line of prostate massagers by Rocks Off Limited. Previous versions include the Naughty Boy, the Rude Boy, and the Bad Boy. They are all similar in that they have a curved insertible portion designed to target the prostate attached to a base housing a vibrator. The Cheeky Boy brings some unique features of its own to the table. This toy massages the prostate, stimulates the perineum, and has a beaded shape to increase sensation during insertion and removal. Talk about a multi-purpose toy. This toy would be appropriate for anyone looking to try a high quality prostate massager. Given the relatively small diameter of the insertable portion, this toy would also be appropriate to people relatively new to anal play as insertion is smooth and easy.

This toy is great for use solo while masturbating or with a partner to increase stimulation. Based on the shape, this toy could probably also be used as a G-spot stimulator, although we have not yet had the opportunity to use it in this fashion. I'll try to include that experience in a follow-up review.

The Cheeky Boy is made of 100% black silicone meaning it is non-porous, hypo-allergenic, phthalates free, and latex free. It does have a very faint odor that is only noticeable when I put the toy to my nose. The odor persisted even after boiling the toy for the first time but is not a distraction at all when using the toy. I have not owned a Rocks Off Limited toy before, but the silicone is quite firm and barely compressible when squeezed. In comparison, the silicone is much firmer than the Tantus Acute dildo that I own, and reminds me of hard compressed rubber. The silicone has a velvety finish, but does not seem to attract dust and lint as badly as other silicone toys.

The toy comes supplied with the manufacturer's RO-80mm bullet vibrator. While the packaging does not specify, the vibe appears to be made of plastic. The bullet has a smooth glossy surface which allows for easy insertion into the silicone portion of the toy.

The Cheeky Boy has a total length of 10" with an insertable length of 5". The insertable portion consists of four beads that have a 1" diameter and a 3-1/2" circumference. The first bead has a slightly elongated and tapered head for easier insertion. The bead chain curves slightly as it connects to the base of the toy forming an angle. The base of the toy is hollow allowing for insertion of the bullet vibe. The top surface of the base has three small ridges to stimulate the perineum when the toy is inserted. The vibrator chamber has ribbing on the inside to prevent a vacuum and allow for easier removal. Despite this feature, I would still suggest using a drop of lube around the bullet for easier insertion and removal. While writing this review, I inserted the bullet to test the vibration sound level. Needless to say, I neglected to use any lube and it took me a few minutes to twist out the vibrator.

The curve of the toy is designed for targeting the P-spot. Although the silicone is quite firm, the angle of the toy allows it to still be flexible. Something I thought I should mention is that there is a seam along the entire length of the toy on the upper and lower surfaces. I did not notice the seam while it was inserted, but some individuals may be more sensitive to it. Also, it will be interesting to see if my wife can feel this seam when we try this toy on her vaginally.

The provided bullet is 3" long and has a typical bullet shape with a tapered head which allows for easy insertion into the silicone portion of the toy. The vibe has a single speed and is activated by a simple button at the base of the bullet. The vibe is also waterproof meaning the toy can be used in the shower or while taking a bath.

The vibrator that is included with the Cheeky Boy is a great toy in itself. It's a basic bullet design and provides strong vibrations with minimum noise. I used it as a stand alone toy to play with my wife and it worked wonderfully. Since we are pretty new to vibrators, the strength of this little baby caught her off guard. She loved my stroking her erogenous zones and even flinched a few times because of its power. When I used it on her clit, it only took a few minutes before she came. Granted, I wanted to prolong the pleasurable torture (I love to watch her squirm), but again the power of this magic bullet caught her by surprise and she was unable to control herself. My only complaint is that it requires one N-sized battery, one of which is included with the toy. It's a good thing EdenFantasys sells this size because I have never seen this size battery before. And I will be buying replacements, because the vibe alone is that good. I also wish the bullet had multiple settings, but that's a pretty minor criticism since it packs a nice punch.

Once inserted into the toy, the vibrations are obviously dulled somewhat, although surprisingly not by a lot. The firmness of the silicone transmits the vibrations quite effectively through its entire length. Also, the sound of the vibrator is slightly muffled once inserted, although the sound is not terribly loud to begin with.

After coating the Cheeky Boy with a small dab of Maximus lube, this baby slipped right into my ass with no problems at all. I'm still new to anal play but I would not consider myself a complete beginner so the 1" diameter of the beads was easy peasy to insert. I felt each bead slip in with a "pop" and the subtle stretching sensation from each was a nice stimulating start. Given the velvety texture of the silicone, I was surprised that I did not appreciate any drag associated with insertion of the toy. This could be a negative for those individuals that enjoy some friction.

While preparing to write this review, I read all of the previous reviews on the other Rocks Off Limited prostate massagers. One common theme I found was that the previous versions all had problems staying in properly. Unfortunately, the Cheeky Boy is not much different in my experience. The angled shape of the toy creates a loaded spring-like mechanism once it is fully inserted. This feature, combined with the firmness of the silicone, is what creates pressure on the prostate. Unfortunately, this pressure is greater than what my anus can hold in, and so the toy has a tendency to slip out slightly so that only up to the third bead is inside me. It doesn't slide out completely, but I also can't keep it all the way in so that it is firmly pressed against my prostate. The toy still provided plenty of vibratory stimulation in this position, but I no longer had direct prostate pressure. To keep it in properly, I found that I really had to either sit up on the toy or lay on my back. Even while laying on my back, the toy slipped out on occasion.

I think the issue is a small design flaw that hopefully the manufacturer will address in future iterations of prostate massagers. First, there is not enough of a difference in diameter between the beads at 1" and the neck portion at 5/8". Additionally, the bead is too close to the base. This combination prevents the anus from really being able to grip the toy securely and so it has a tendency to slip out easily. If not for this simple flaw, I think this toy has great potential.

As with all silicone toys, cleaning of the Cheeky Boy can be accomplished by washing with antibacterial soap and warm water, a toy cleaner, or a dilute bleach solution. Additionally, the silicone portion can be boiled for 3-4 minutes if desired. Be sure to clean the toy properly between uses if you plan on sharing and remember to only use water based lubricants with silicone toys. Since the bullet vibe is waterproof and made of plastic it can be cleaned simply by washing with soap and water. The side of the bullet has a small oval etching of the product model number. I found that lube can get caught in these grooves, so be sure to wash it carefully, especially if you use the vibe by itself and share it with partners. I find that an old tooth brush works well to get in all of the nooks and crannies.

I store the toy in the original box but you could just as easily store it in a Ziploc bag. Either method will prevent possible contact with other materials that may react with silicone. Although the Cheeky Boy is not as bad a dust magnet as other silicone toys, I would still suggest a quick rinse in water before each use.

The Cheeky Boy comes in a black cardboard box with a plastic front window so that the toy is visible inside. The toy sits in a molded plastic shell for display purposes. The box is well constructed and would be good for toy storage. The packaging is also tasteful making it good as a gift box. The back of the box lists features of the toy and includes a diagram illustrating proper positioning of the toy. A booklet included in the box contains generic toy instructions including basic toy and battery care in several languages.

I first tried using the Cheeky Boy solo to get a good feel for the toy and its features. As I said above, I love how easily this toy slips in with very little resistance. It's actually smaller than I imagined, and I immediately noticed that this toy does not provide any sensation of fullness. It's not a bad thing, but someone looking for fullness with pressure might want to look for a slightly different toy. Since the toy has anal beads built in to it, I tried inserting and removing the toy repeatedly to test them out. They provided a nice stretching sensation and was certainly pleasurable when combined with the vibrations.

Since the toy did not stay fully inserted on its own, I had to hold it in myself. While holding it in, I was able to manipulate the toy and apply pressure to my prostate. I have to admit at times it was intense with a capital "I". So much so that I could not maintain it and had to move it off. Something that I wasn't as crazy about is that the tip of the massager can feel a bit pointed. I prefer softer and broader pressure on my prostate while this toy felt almost like something stabbing my prostate. Again, some people may like the intense direct pressure but I'm not up to that experience level yet. I found the toy very comfortable to keep in for a prolonged amount of time and after playing for awhile, I found I had milked my prostate quite a bit. Whether seated or laying down, I found I could rock my pelvis to change the position of the toy relative to my prostate and change the amount of direct stimulation.

Because of the strong vibration level provided by the bullet, I was able to feel vibrations along the entire length of the insertable portion, although the degree of sensation varied with position. The vibrations were obviously strongest right at the base where my anus wrapped around the neck. However, I could feel "internal" vibrations especially when I stood up and had my legs slightly apart but not to the point of squatting. It's difficult to explain, but it was almost like I could feel the echo of the vibrations inside my rectum. I definitely recommend trying this as it was a new sensation for me.

The base of the Cheeky Boy has three small raised ridges that align wonderfully with the perineum. So whether sitting or standing, this provides additional stimulation to the region. For me, my scrotum also happened to come in contact with the end of the bullet which was also great. Nothing like a humming sensation on the balls!

Next I tried to have it inserted while with my wife. After inserting the Cheeky Boy, my wife started off with some oral which itself is usually pretty amazing. With the massager it was even better. There's something about all of the stimulation and vibrations that I thoroughly enjoyed. I'm usually good to last for awhile with oral, but with this combination I had to end it pretty fast because it was just too stimulating too fast. So we moved on to PIV sex. Unfortunately, I found I really could not hold it in while on top for reasons explained previously. However, I was able to keep it in while laying on my back and her riding on top cowgirl. Her added weight helped to apply pressure and keep the toy fully inserted. In this position, the pressure was not nearly as intense as when I was seated, so it was very comfortable to maintain. Again I found all of the added stimulation overwhelming and I climaxed pretty quickly.

The one drawback is that once I started to really rev up the CL it quickly over powered the Cheeky Boy to the point that I could no longer sense the vibrations internally. However, I did still feel the pressure on my prostate. If someone could design it so that I could get a prostate massager with the power of a Hitachi combined with the CL on my cock, I would have my dream toy. I can dream, can't I?

I would have easily given the Cheeky Boy a 5 star rating if it stayed fully inserted on its own.
