Use

Obviously the toy is best used as a prostate stimulator. You can use it by yourself to enhance your orgasm with some prostate pressure and vibration. When inserted pointing forward, it mostly stays in but might slip out a little bit if you're moving about. If you insert it backwards, it won't be going anywhere; it's great to leave it in this way while having sex. You can also remove the quite powerful bullet and use it in any way you like.

The material is one of the best things about this toy. Even with just a tiny bit of lube, it becomes incredibly slick and smooth. The feeling of the balls is great as they slide in, although it is difficult to use as a thrusting toy.

The Cheeky boy is very well designed for what it is. Once inserted, it provides quite strong pressure to the prostate, hitting the perfect spot. The size of the balls won't cause any trouble even to beginners. It's not too long either though. Because of the strong curve of the toy, it can be difficult to get the last ball all the way in. Inserting it facing backwards and then turning it around is easier though. The perineum stimulator feels best when sitting down, applying a bit of pressure, but while moving around or standing, you can't feel it much.

This toy is great! The best thing as others have said is how well it stays in. Once inserted, it won't just force its way out! It's perfect for hands free prostate stimulation allowing you to focus on other things. You can even have sex while using it and it's just amazing. The bullet is really quite strong and you can feel the vibrations right against your prostate.

The toy is completely silicone so it can be completely sterilized. Just boil it or use a universal toy cleaner. You should also avoid using a silicone lube as silicone lubes and silicone toys often don't mix. The little black box it comes in is also perfect to use for storage.

Still like this toy quite a lot and use it most times that I feel like anal stimulation. The original battery is still going strong too.

Thanks for the review! I just bought this toy and tried it out for the first time. I could not manage to get the last ball in which was a bit frustrating and kept me from really enjoying it. But once I just relaxed and let it do its thing it felt awesome! Thanks for the tip about turning it around to get the last ball in, I will surely try that next time...maybe tonight

Ok, tried the technique of inserting it backwards and then turning it around. It was very easy to get the last ball in and I have to say and it felt really good at that point. However, if it your first time, be careful when turning it to its forward position since it will put alot of pressure on the prostate. I wasn't really prepared for the sensation and it was actually quiet painful. I had to turn it back around and then very slowly turn it back, getting used to the sensation. I guess some people are more sensitive than others so keep that in mind.
I think I need to get used to it a bit more before I really start to enjoy it. Had some problem with the last ball slipping out and sometimes the sensation was a bit too strong for me. It was also hard turning on and off the vibration when it got to intense, the lube didn't exactly help there
