The Crystal Tulip is a fantastic anal plug. It's not a HUGE plug, but it does have a little size to it. I wouldn't suggest this to anal beginners, especially because glass has no give to it whatsoever. The taper is quite nice though which allows it to easily be inserted, so for those of us new to glass plugs and not size I would absolutely recommend you add this toy to your collection.

I use it both by myself and with my partner. The thin neck and wide base allows for the plug to stay in place with no hands, which makes it a great candidate for double penetration. Even if you end up not liking this toy, glass can be sterilized so maybe your partner will like it better!

I always have INTENSE orgasms with this plug in!

The Crystal Tulip is made from Borosilicate glass which rates a 10/10 on the safety scale (Huzzah!). It is completely smooth and non-porous. Borosilicate glass is also a food-grade material, hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalates free. This type of glass is resistant to shattering. Instead if it does manage to break, it should break into chunks so you will not be stuck cleaning up a bunch of tiny glass shards.

The design and shape are my favorite aspect of the Crystal Tulip, although I will admit its looks originally persuaded me to give it a chance.



The Crystal Tulip is made of clear glass, which I really liked as a anal plug. It has an interesting look once fully inserted. The smooth glass and slowly tapered cone shape also allows for easy insertion. The widest insertable circumference is 4.5" which quickly thins down to the neck which is only 0.75".

The base is approximately 2.5" in length and 1.75"-1.25" in width. The base is not a round shape like I find with most butt plugs. instead its more of an oval so it fits nicely, and stay in by itself. It is also wide enough that noone should have to worry about it being pulled inside them.

There are obviously no vibrations, this is just a simple glass anal plug. This was not my first glass toy, but I do find myself going back to it pretty frequently. It is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, as well as during intercourse, or solo play. It is also good for temperature play, which I myself am not a fan of for anal plugs. I just love the smoothness of the glass and how slippery it can get!

Glass toys are a breeze to take care of. You can pretty much wash them, or sterilize them however you want. The ability to sterilize any anal plug is always GREAT because it will prevent any bacteria from forming on the toy. You can safely boil, run through a dishwasher, or use a 10% bleach solution. Soap and water, or any type of toy cleaner will also work well.

You are also free to use any type of lube: Silicone, Water or Oil based.

Storage is the only part you have to be careful of with glass toys. You will defiantly want to keep the Crystal Tulip away from other hard glass or metal toys. Bumping them around together could cause chips or scratches which could not only hurt you but also harbor bacteria. I store mine in the little storage pouch that came with it, although it offers minimal protection on its own because it is not padded.
