Use

This plug is perfect for beginners who want to take a little risk; it is fairly large to be the smallest plug that Doc Johnson provides. I have used the 'medium' before, and found it extremely intimidating. It worked, but only for a short time. The Sexy Spades in small works great for anal stretching, not for longterm wear. The base is not ergonomic enough for comfortable longevity, but don't let me stop you if you're into sadistic things with your partner!

The glass is very heavy. When you touch it, it is obviously cold if you're in a cold environment and warm when in a warm environment. Plain and simple, it can be boiled for sanitizing (or sadistic pleasure) and cooled down for a new sensation.
