Zing - sex toy by Tantus - review by Manray

As someone who is starting out with anal play, Tantus’ silicone butt plug Zing was the perfect size for my first butt plug. I’ve used prostate massagers and anal probes, but this is the first toy I’ve used that vibrates.

Measuring up to a good four and a half inches long and one and a half inches in diameter, Zing is not made for those with extensive experience with anal play and want to the feeling of fullness that larger butt plugs offer.

When I first opened Zing, I locked onto the bullet that’s made to be inserted into the butt plug for vibration. It came with the requisite watch batteries. (You need three of them, by the way.) It was a little cumbersome turning it on. Its single button can either vibrate for as long as you apply pressure or, if you press the button down all of the way, will continue to vibrate. The only problem is that when Zing is inserted, it is difficult to control, especially if you are about to climax and want the vibrations to kick in. The vibrations are also disappointingly weak.

Also, with its thin flange, it is difficult to change the position of Zing while inserted to target specific spots in the anus. Lastly, of the two sessions I have had with my Zing, I have already noticed that the batteries have been dutifully drained. So, if you want Zing to be your primary vibrating butt plug, make sure you have a plentiful stock of LR44 batteries.

Overall, I would say that Zing may be a good first purchase for those starting out with anal play. The size is comfortable, maybe too comfortable. The ridges at the sides of the Zing do not provide any extra pleasure because the Zing is difficult to manipulate while inserted.

I should not forget, the best feature of Zing is that it is so easy to clean. The ridges are so small that lube will get lost.
