I ordered this and 2 other cock rings in my first order. This is the first ring I tried. As some other reviews said, it does take a bit to get it on if you're not completely soft but with a little work I got it on. It is a bit easier in the shower if you use a little soap or lube. But I highly recommend putting this on before you get into anything hot and heavy. Ut should fit tight and when you're already hard, it's almost impossible to slide it on, lube or not.

I ordered the 2" ring because I am a bit above average down there, so I figured that would be the safest bet. It is a cool and simple device. It fits perfectly when I'm hard, as long as I have it around my cock and balls. But again, the only way I can get it on properly is if I'm soft. It does seem to give just the right amount of pressure, right where it should be.

The way I tried to see what size would be the best for me was I got a toilet paper roll, got hard, and tried to fit my cock inside. It barely fit the first inch, and was very tight up to the second; past that I couldn't fit. I wasn't sure exactly if the first two sizes would fit, so I got the 2 inch one to be safe. I like to wear it around the balls and shaft, but it could be worn around just the shaft if you like. But for that, make sure you size everything right.

I had an idea to use this as a ball(s) weight, but it's just a little too big for that. I like a little BDSM bondage play and was hoping this would do it. Maybe the next smaller size would be a better choice for that.

It does help me stay harder longer. I don't really see it making me last longer, but if you need that little bit of extra help staying hard, this will definitely help you.
