Silky soft Goodness
These are probably the best type of accessory you should include in your toybox. They are available at a great price, are un-intimidating to the beginner and are adorable to the connoisseur. They are deceivingly innocent in appearance as they can endure quite a rough ride. They are easy to store, care for and will not raise any eyebrows if seen by a visitor.Published: May 17, 2011
Pros:
Soft, good price, versatile
Cons:
none

I still really enjoy the silky sashes but they haven't seen much play apart from being used as a prop now and then. I will usually take them out if I am role playing or stripping for my man.
I use them to decorate the bedroom sometimes but mostly since our role playing has diminished we haven't been using these as much.

What is the best material to use for a first time starter on this type of play?

How sure are you that you'll enjoy it? I think some of the bondage rope is supposed to me more versatile and comfy overall. I remember seeing someone post about silk sashes being a little worse than rope for some reason, something about the silk bunching up? I don't remember the details. Rope and such would probable be better for experimenting than cuffs, though. There are more uses for rope in a common vanilla household than there are for cuffs...

Thank you for viewing Silky sash restraints – bondage toy review page!

Interesting review! I like the look and I probably would like the feel but when tied, does the knot tighten to the degree that they are difficult to untie?
I am totally not a girl scout and knots are a challenge, so many of my restraints have been sacrificed to a scissor..
I am really patient with knots but we actually did not do any actual knots, my guy tied them in bows. He wrapped them around my wrists and made sure both wrists were well restrained, then he did one knot and then a bow. It didn't come loose during use and it was easy to untie.
Nice review
