Are you looking to inflict discipline; maybe you are looking to tease that someone seductively? This whipper tickler whip seems like the way to do just that right? Wrong, the poor design and craftsmanship makes it impossible to use as is intended.
The intended use should be to whip your intended target. Of course if you wish to be the target this is its intended use also. Whipper tickler is not only a whip, it is a tickler. The tickler end of the shaft is designed better than the whip end.
The use of this tickler is in the mind of the beholder. You could use it to add different sensations during intercourse, during spanking/whipping session, during foreplay, or any other way you can think of. Let your imagination run wild; allow it to take you over.
The tassel Whip end is a different story. Due to the poor design and craftsmanship this can not be used during intercourse. It could be used as another tickler. As for a whip, no. First good swing that makes contact the tassels will pop out, making it not a good whip. It does pop in again, but does not stay. This gets annoying if you want to use it for whipping.
Another use for this whip given its design is a cat toy. If you have cats you know that strings and feathers easily get their attention. This may not be its intended use; however this would be its best use for it since it does not make a good whip. Mine ended up as a cat toy as soon as the bottom tassel popped out.
The whipper tickler whip is a double ended shaft with two cups at the ends; one on each end. One end is feathers used to tickle, hence the tickler part. The other end is a rubber tassel whip. This design is very basic.
The shaft is twenty-six inches long and about as thick as a pencil. The material used to make the shaft is slightly flexible plastic. This plastic is also very smooth which makes this good for the whipper them self. On each end of this shaft there are cups where feathers and the tassel whip are attached. These are poorly attached with glue. The feathers are soft, giving that soft tickling feeling. The whip tassel is a lot like cut rubber bands; they stretch when you pull them.
This whip is cheaply designed. The whip end is rubber strips knotted and glued into the cup at its end. This is the biggest flaw with this whip. During my first use of this whip, this end simply popped right on out. It does pop in but, does not stay in. This affects its use; you would not want to be using this and have to stop to pop it back in.
Have some allergies? No problem, this whipper tickler whip is latex and phthalates free. Also this whip is hypo-allergenic for sensitive skin users.
Given this toys poor cheap design and craftsmanship it did not work very well for its intended use. This was supposed to be as a whip during intercourse for me. Since we could not use this whip for intended use it did not meet any of our needs or expectations. We expected that it would stay together long enough for us to use it more than one time. Sadly this whip did not; it came apart on the first swing that made contact to me.
We did however find an unexpected use for this whip. If you do not like the craftsmanship of this whip for its intended use; do you have cats? This design is an easy cat toy to drive them wild. If you do have cats, chances are you found this out when you went to use it. My six cats went nuts for it every time. The design of a cat toy is a lot similar to this whip so it was an easy cat toy. If you have cats and this is in your closet unused pull it out for them and let them play with it. Expensive for a cat toy but I can not think of a better use.
This whip can easily be wiped down with antibacterial wipes. It can also be sprayed with antibacterial spray then wiped down. I recommend doing this if you use it while you are bare ass.
The very first time my husband went to whip me with this the whip tassel popped right out. This was the only time we used it this way it became a cat toy after that.
Follow-up commentaryI still don't like it1 month after original review
My cats still really enjoy this toy. I never got to enjoy this like I wanted to. Next time I know to go with something that is more expensive. Cheaper is not always better, my lesson is learned. The feathers did not last long with the cats eating them; however this was still a great cat toy for them. The whip tassel ended up lost and found many times. I ended up throwing that end away. It is a shame that this was not designed better.

How odd that it falls apart! My other Sportsheets ticklers/whips are very sturdy...perhaps this one needs a redesign.
