The Whipper Tickler is mostly a couples toy, but if you wanted, you could use this solo. The Whipper tickler is basically a small puff of pretty feathers and 110 strips of rubber on a plastic stick. It's a simple, but fun little teaser that won't suffice for a long term spanker, but the feather ticklers will continue to tickle for a while if you're careful.

This little Whipper Tickler is cute and pretty innocent making it a decent choice for a couples very first venture into BDSM. It also does OK as a neat little extra for a relaxing tickle or light spank. Clearly this is not the advanced BDSM user's BFF, but it does have a few fun uses for very light play for those who are and are not into BDSM.

The best areas to use the Whipper Tickler would be the back, butt, legs, neck, breasts. I wouldn't use the whip end on the neck, but the feather ticklers feel so nice and somewhat relaxing when your partner dances them over your neck, back, stomach, breasts and butt. The rubber whip can be used without the worries of causing pain to your partner or the worries of recieving too much pain. While they do produce a light sting when the strips catch at the right spot, the stick will break before you're able to use a painful force. This can be a good thing or a bad thing, but the Whipper Tickler was not designed for any kind of pain or heavy play so it's not a con.

This is a pretty small little thing and is light weight. It is adorable, especially the pink one. It's cute enough to be left out (in some areas) without looking raunchy.

Holding it in my hand, it's very fragile and I don't think the manufacturer made this sturdy enough for use. Perhaps decorative purposes were what they had in mind for this?

When I slap my arm with the whip end, it will sometimes wrap around and sting a little. It gives enough of a sting for light teasing which is appreciated, but I won't buy it again. Since there are only 110 rubber strips, it doesn't spread out when it hits your body. It won't cover an entire butt cheek, but instead will sting in one small area.

I've not needed to clean this since it's used externally and doesn't break the skin or come in contact with fluids. However, I have rinsed the rubber strips and plastic stick to rid it of the powder. It held up fine, but avoid getting those feahter wet!

I wouldn't recommend getting this dirty since having to clean it will cause it to come apart quicker. Like I said, I know someone who had both ends come off of the stick and I imagine only a few rinses will loosen the strips.

Since the feathers are tiny and delicate, storing this in a cramped up area isn't a great idea. Since it's cute, I keep it in my open basket of Shunga products. It could be store in a toy box on top without breaking. However, you should be careful where you store it due to the flimsy stick. It could easily snap.

It's easy to care for since no serious cleaning is needed. An anti-bacterial toy spray is a good option for cleaning the stick and rubber strips and will probably be less likely to mess it up than water.

This came tied to a piece of thin cardboard. It's simply the Whipper Tickler with a piece of cardboard on the back. There's nothing protecting it from smushing. The piece of cardboard didn't have any trashy photos or too vulgar text. The back lists a few ways of using this such as playing "maid" or tickling or spanking. Nothing extreme, but discrete enough for me to feel comfortable. No instructions or anything included.

The piece of cardboard is not going to store this. It just gets tossed and you're on your own with storage. The lack of quality means you will need to place it somewhere to protect it from being broken or the feathers ruined. Then again, if the lack of quality really leaves you unsatisfied, you may not care to bother with protecting it.

I store mine in my basket of Shunga products on my vanity. It just sticks right up looking puffy and cute.

This is something that could make a nice gift. I'd feel comfortable giving it to the ladies in my life. You could take the carboard off and stick it in a basket of sensual products. Honestly though, I'd just prefer buying one of more quality anyways.

I was disappointed that the feather puff was so small and not enough to give much of a tickle.
