The Spareparts Joque Harness is a wonderful product made for women (or those with female genitalia, whether or not they identify as female). Unfortunately it is not suitable for those with penises, as it lacks an extra opening (if you are interested in this, I would check out the SpareParts Deuce male harness). The Joque harness works for all sorts of uses, its versatility is one of its best points! It is discrete and comfortable enough to be worn under clothes, and therefore would be great for packing. I sometimes wear it under a looser pair of jeans for ease and convenience so I can have sex with my girlfriend anywhere/anytime; it can be worn just like underwear, as there is a flap between your pelvis and the opening for the dildo, so you're not exposed. Also, like most underwear, the fabric covers your vagina, so if you're looking for a harness that allows easy access to your vagina this isn't the best (although the fabric is easy enough to move out of the way).
Personally, I love to use this with a dildo for penetrative vaginal sex with my girlfriend, however it could also be an aid for anal penetration either on women or on men for prostate stimulation. If you enjoy vibrations and/or clitoral stimulation during penetrative sex, there are two little pouches above and below the o-ring that can accommodate bullets.
This harness is great for people of many experience levels; it is so easy to use once you customize the straps to your size you just slip it on, strap the velcro around your hips and you're good to go! I would, however, recommend that newbies considering this product be very sure that they are willing to spend the money on this rather expensive harness ($100). If you are not sure you're going to enjoy strap-on sex, I would test the waters with a less expensive product first. I had worn a harness before and knew I wanted to invest in a good one, so this was my first one and it was absolutely worth the money. One other important note: the opening for this strap-on can really only accommodate dildos with a girth of up to 2". If you think you may want larger dildos, this product is not for you.

The "body" or the "underwear" part (sorry for lack of a better word, I just can't think of one!) is made of spandex, and it's super comfy and silky against your skin! The adjustable parts around your hips and legs are made of nylon, and the part around your hips has velcro. I love the feel of this harness; not only is it comfortable, I find it really sexy. Completely odorless, and as thick as a bathing suit, I would say. The harness is pretty resilient, which is great. I've worn it in the shower and washed it in the washing machine many times, and it's been fine.

The design of this is great. It is a two-strap harness, so it attaches around the hips and the upper thighs. Both the hips and the leg openings are adjustable using a fabric tab that cinches down when you pull it (much like the shoulder strap tightens on a backpack). What's amazing about this harness is that once you've adjusted the leg straps, all you have to do EVER AGAIN is slip the harness on and velcro the part around your hips... it takes me 5 seconds! I have owned this harness for 6 months, and I haven't had to readjust it a single time... it is that sturdy and the cinches don't slip! The short transition/wait time makes this a no-brainer for those interested in strap-on play! Not only is the material construction sturdy and yet comfortable (a rare find in a harness, I've heard), the materials are high quality and durable (it has withstood shower sex and many repeated machine washings without a problem). The O-ring is stretchy and can accommodate toys with up to a 2" girth. I haven't tried anything bigger, so I couldn't say if it could stretch wider. It can also accomodate double dildos, which is excellent! Also- there are 2 little fabric folds that act as a barrier between the wearer's skin (and possibly pubic hair, ouch!) and the dildo. You can choose to open or close them like a little curtain depending on what you prefer... smart! As I mentioned above, there are two tiny pouches, one above and one below the o-ring, that can accommodate bullet vibes, an added bonus in the Joque's design that only makes it even more amazing!

According to the specs, the "Size A" (the smaller size of the two options) fits 20-50 inch hips, and the leg straps can go 10-16 inches. I'm a size 10 (or 31") in pants, and it fits me very very well. In fact, I find I have quite a bit of extra material around my hips when it's all strapped up... so I would imagine this harness might be troublesome for those with very small hips, unfortunately (though I cannot speak to this personally.) The part where you velcro the hips folds over onto itself, so it can be a tiny bit bulky there, but as long as you're not wearing leggings or very skinny skinny jeans so you could totally wear this under your clothes. It isn't restricting and it's oh so comfy!

As I've said before it's super comfy and it works amazingly. I can take it off in a matter of mere seconds, and have never had to readjust! Putting toys into this is very easy, you just feed the dildo through the stretchy o-ring! I would recommend putting the dildo in before pulling the harness on all the way, as once you have the harness up around your hips it becomes very hard to feed the dildo between your pubic area and through the opening. It has held our dildos very well in all positions- they always stay in place and upright/not drooping down and away from my (the wearer's) body. We only have silicone and plastic toys, however; we don't have anything made of glass or metal so I couldn't speak to there being any weight issue with those materials.

The Joque is machine washable on delicate (they recommend putting it in a garment bag, though I have not done this and it is still holding up fine after 6 months of many, many, MANY washings). You can, of course, also hand-wash it. Me, I throw it in the wash if I have a load to do, otherwise I hand-wash so it's not sitting in the hamper, making me wait before I can fuck my girlfriend again :) I've been considering investing in a spare (yeah, it's that good). Whether you machine or hand-wash it, it is best to air-dry. I store it in my underwear drawer!

The Joque comes in a black box with a sleeve around the middle that slips off. The sleeve features a woman (who, I might add, I find exceedingly attractive :) ) wearing the harness and the word "JOQUE" next to her. Not particularly subtle. The sleeve slides off and the box, which is of wonderful hard, smooth cardboard, can be lifted off to reveal the harness in a nice silky pouch made of a similar material to the harness itself. The pouch is great for storing your harness if you like, though as I mentioned before I just leave mine in my underwear drawer as is. I repurposed the box for those toys that seem to be lint magnets!
