Joque harness - double strap harness by SpareParts HardWear - review by Bzz

Although the SpareParts Joque Harness is only my first harness, I think I might never buy another! This harness is expensive but it's worth every cent for it, I promise.

The SpareParts Joque Harness comes in a rather small (smaller than I thought it would be!) but attractive box, and it comes with a nice little drawstring pouch to store it in. It folds and unfolds easily for storage. I personally think this harness is quite attractive looking, no matter what other reviews say. It's sleek and sexy to me. It's also incredibly easy to clean, unlike things made of leather. It is both machine and hand washable.

It is made of Nylon/Spandex, and it has no smell and no real taste at all. The no smell part is great, I imagine leather harnesses can smell a lot sometimes! It is actually quite soft!

I have tried the harness on a few times, but mostly my partner wore it. I purchased the first size, 20 to 50 inches. My partner is 37" and I am 45". I debated on whether or not to get the larger size, but I knew my partner would be using it more on me. Yes, it is a bit tight on me and I did have to adjust it to the biggest I could get, but the best part is that it is still comfortable! I was actually quite surprised with this. After a few minutes, I barely noticed I was wearing it at all. The Joque has two types of straps on it, waistband and leg. There's a strap for each leg, and I found these were easier to adjust than the waistband. The fabric behind the o-ring opens up (for double ended dildos such as the Share) and there is two small pockets for bullets above and below the o-ring. Although I don't have many dildos to try it with yet, the Joque's o-ring should accommodate dildos from 1.5" to 2". It fits my Tantus Echo really well.

I asked my partner her opinion on it, because, like I said, she wore it most of the time. She said:

"The harness was pretty comfortable, didn't cut into my legs or anything. When getting into it, it was like it wasn't even there, barely noticeable. It was a bit tricky to put on at first, took some figuring out. It stayed in place pretty well, that all just depends on putting it on correctly. The only trouble was the dildo slipping out but I think that was more me than anything. It was at just the right angle for use. It was really easy to take off, all you have to do is rip off the Velcro and slip right out. Then when you want to use it next time, it's already adjusted so you can get right into it. All in all, great harness, really fun and definitely worth the price."

So, that's a four thumbs up from us!

Still absolutely love this! It's excellent. As my relationship is still currently long distance (hopefully ending soon - the distance, not the relationship.) it doesn't get as much use as I'd like. But when it does, hoo boy. It is amazing. Occasionally the base of a dildo will pop out a bit and it does tend to tug on pubes a little, but it is great otherwise. Those are tiny flaws compared to everything great about this. It gets use every time I see my girlfriend!
