The smell at first is noticeable but not as bad as everyone says. After a few washes the smell completely goes away but even after opening it I did not think the smell was overwhelming. The feel is very firm but also has a squishy outer feel to it. The dildo has a textured vein feel to it as well and the balls feel exactly the same in firmness as the rest of the shaft. I found this easy to take care of. I wash this product with a very light, simple, unscented soap. I also run it under some warm water and allow it to air dry. Like I said, use a mild soap or you can purchase toy cleaner on this website but for a quick wash just use soap and water and you should be good to go.
