Doc Johnson's ‘The Naturals Dong with Balls’ is a great toy. In the 8 inch model, it has a nice length, and enough girth to be interesting without being too much. This rubber dong has realistic styling, and a feel that is not too far from the real thing. It is unlikely that anyone looking for a dildo that does not vibrate, will be disappointed with this toy.

The first thing I noticed was the nice veined appearance of the dildo. The Naturals Dong with Balls also does a good job of giving a realistic look, to the area around the head of the dong. It even feels like the real thing when going in for a visit. The head has just enough give to simulate a cock as it makes its entry.

Unlike some jelly dongs, this toy is stiff enough to do its work without a lot of assistance to keep it from bending and not going in smoothly. With a little water based lubricant, the dong can give long periods of pleasure without having to stop. The rubber surface has a wonderful smoothness that keeps it from, having the problem of, trying to stick to your skin like some latex and cyber skin type products.

The Naturals Dong with Balls is rubber, and gives off the familiar scent. It is a little powerful at first, but seems to fade with use. Also, being rubber, it is a good idea to use this toy with a condom if you anticipate using it on multiple partners. Cleaning it with hot water and soap will keep it fresh for the next go round, but it is porous enough that extra care is best if it is to be shared.

The balls give the dong a little more versatility. The flared base does not quite work in some harnesses. It is just not flared enough. The balls help to hold it in place, but it still is not a perfect match. This is at least true for the vac-u-lock harness that I used.

It was a great surprise to find that the head of this dong works so well to assist with insertion. It has just the right flare and give, to make entry very easy.
