I feel that this toy is suitable for Anal and Vaginal Use. If you're looking for a great bit of thickness, then it will certainly do the trick. Since this toy is the standard straight dong shape, there really aren't too many ways to manipulate it. However, one good feature is having the scrotum as a flat base because this allows you to grab the scrotum and use it to move the toy in and out. I think it would be ideal for use in situations in which you individually or you with your partner(s) are planning for an extended length of pleasurable activity as you really need to take your time with it to ensure that you use it carefully with lots of lubrication to ensure safety due to the thickness.

The Dong itself is a high quality product. The rubber material is very smooth and shiny, and it truly has great realistic detail. It is clear that attention to detail and quality was taken at Doc Johnson to produce such a realistic toy. It has a smooth texture on the shaft, well-rounded head, and bumpy details on the scrotum to appear more authentic. The scrotum is somewhat flexible and doesn't interfere with the use of the dong. The dong is very firm and rigid, yet it feels soft to the touch. The texture is suitable for all users of different experience levels, and I feel that the material and texture do give the toy added stimulation potential.
My only problem with the material is with the odor. When the toy is new, it comes with a fairly strong rubbery odor. It really does take a good week or two of airing out the dong to get the strong smell to go away. Even after that, it still retains a slight odor and touching it will get the odor on your hands (but the odor goes away after washing your hands).

Size is a different issue and is dependent on individual preference. The particular model that I am reviewing is the 5" length model. For some, that may be a downside if you are looking for a deep fill. It is slightly less than "average" length and may not be sufficient for some users. However, it does come in larger length sizes up to 8", so that is always an option. Thickness is also dependent on preference. This dong comes in at a circumference/thickness of 5", and I truly feel that it may be too much for beginning users. The regular size picture of the dong doesn't do it justice and it is actually A LOT thicker than it appears in the picture. So be careful with it if you are a new user so as not to cause any harm to yourself. However, if you are a more experienced user and enjoy thickness, then this dong certainly delivers and gives you plenty of it. As for travel, I do think it is discreet enough to hide in the checked bags if you're going on a trip.

I think that the realistic look and feel of this toy are its best features. It is very firm and is not floppy like some dongs, and that makes it much easier to position and manipulate during use.
