This product was definitely a good choice. I like how it is shaped and the size of it, the color black was perfect for anal use and would purchase this one again if needed to in the future.
Pros:

make the balls get larger as it goes in
This is a very well built toy and you can see that. You can feel the strength in this product with both its stiff, yet flexible contour. The length is great for both vaginal and anal play.
The balls add some excitement to the product as its almost like anal beads or ribbing. I use this one for anal play and enjoy it. The length and width is comfortable and the color of it in a black makes it less disgusting by not having to worry about seeing visible poop. Cleaning is fairly easy, although you may need to make sure you get in between the cracks of each "ball". This can be used standalone or with a strap on for anal or vaginal penetration. By putting it in a strap on it stays secure due to its wide base and is hard enough that both partners can feel excitement from this product. If you are looking to increase the fun we have even added a bullet vibrator to the strap on to add a vibration to the both of us.
I would love to buy more of these types of products in the future because I know that they are well built and will last me a very long time with tons of enjoyment. Condoms can easily go on and off and can add to safe to play especially if it is being used anally. I like how these products are safe which makes me feel safer knowing I wont be harmed from chemicals that are in the product. Safety in a product is a must when it comes to buying sex toys. Play and have fun and know you are safe using this "secret dildo". I really love this product and can not think of too many other great products like this one that I have used. Over time with more anal play, I have noticed this one did not meet my expectations for use in a Strap-on for anal penetration. It seems not quite stiff enough to easily insert it, and get it started in the anus, and once you get it in and going it easily falls out due to its shorter length. These are two things that I have discovered over time are flaws if used for anal Strap-on use.

That's a great price for silicone! You could boil it, top rack of dishwasher (no soap), or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution then rinse to sterilize it as well. I love silicone because you don't HAVE to use a condom. :)
This does look like an excellent anal toy, and no worries about having to use a condom with this toy, if you sterilize it between uses. A condom works great for switching during a session, but for between sessions, this can be boiled for 3 minutes, dishwashed (top rack no soap) or wiped down with a 10% bleach solution (thoroughly rinsed afterwards of course). That is the awesomeness of 100% pure silicone :) Just don't let it touch other silicone (as well as silicone composite) toys or silicone lube, as this may cause the toy to melt. I have the Perk by Happy Valley and just love it, think I'll probably pick this one up soon too. A good quality silicone toy for under $35 is a great deal! Thanks for the review! :)

I have yet to own a Happy Valley product, but I like the nice matte look of their silicone.

You are all right about washing them. They are very easy to clean and forgot to mention that very important factor. As mentioned it can be put in a dishwasher or boiled. This thing is rough and tough and really well built. The only reason I mentioned using a condom would be to avoid having to do a deep cleaning on the dildo every time.
