Evolution Revolution
The O2 has lifelike feel in an over-sized package, delivering total stimulation over the 7.5" length. The soft head prevents uncomfortable cervical collisions, delivering a deep, filling, satisfying experience.Published: March 4, 2010
Pros:
It's unanimous: 16 reviewers give the O2 5 stars. The O2 delivers - BUY ONE TODAY!
Cons:
Are you kidding? Read the reviews - if you're ready for the challenge go for it!
I chose the name Evolution Revolution because for us the migration from cheaper jelly based toys to silicone has been an evolutionary process - one by one the jelly toys have ended up in the landfill.
The Revolutionary part refers to how different the O2 is compared to your basic silicone toys that go from firm to downright hard.
The fact that there are already 15 reviews for the O2 is a testament to its popularity - so it may be hard to add much to what has already been said - but I'll try.
The obvious thing about this toy is that it's larger than your average dildo - but more importantly it's larger than the description - which says it's 1.75" in diameter. The reality is that it's a full 2" at the head - mostly round - making for a 6.3" circumference. Now that's big! The reported 7.5" length is right on target. The shaft does taper down to about 1-5/8" at the bottom - so somewhere along the length it's 1.75" - but you've got to deal with the 2" head before you get there.
The second thing you notice is the soft outer covering supported by the firm inner core. A very ingenious design - and well crafted by the experts at Tantus. You always expect great quality from them - and they always deliver. Thank you, Tantus!
Other details of the shaft are that it has a slight ridge delineating the head - smaller than many I've seen - but still noticeable. Also the shaft has textures designed to look (and feel) like veins. My wife didn't notice them, but one reviewer suggested using a twisting motion to enhance the feel. We're going to try that next time to see how it works. However, the toy works for us without any twisting. The last detail of this toy is that because it's premium grade silicone, there are no odors.
As reported by others the soft material can attract lint, but simple hygienic practices can keep the premium silicone in great condition. I simply rinse it in warm water before using it. After use I clean the toy with an antibacterial soap and very hot water - not the dishwasher as some suggest.
The packaging is simple and practical, designed to protect the integrity of the product, which it does. It would be a nice touch to have a storage pouch of an appropriate material like you get with most glass toys.
The O2 is obviously designed for experienced toy aficionados - rookies need not apply. If you're an intermediate looking to move up, this is a great place to start; the soft feel will mask the true girth of this over-sized baby.

Experience
This is my favorite part of the review!
In spite of the fact that I bought this toy based on reviews by trusted sources like Newme & ArmyWife Kira, I was a little stunned by its actual size and consequently didn't get the courage to try this out with my wife right away - and when I finally did my wife didn't care for the experience.
However, a week or so later I asked her to pick a toy that she was in the mood for and was surprised that she picked the O2. The experience was much better. It turns out that if she's going to take on something this large, she has to be mentally prepared.
When she was ready for the O2, I lubed it up extra good. When I placed the O2 into position, I was a taken aback. I thought, "This thing is going in there!?' But a combination of the soft texture, extra lube and her relaxation made for a fairly easy entry. Starting with fairly shallow thrusting - I let her level of arousal raise and before long she was pushing back toward me taking in the full 7.5".
The O2 isn't curved or angled like a classic g-spot toy. Its girth is designed to stimulate the entire inside of the vagina, including the g-spot, a-spot and whatever spots we don't know about yet! For my wife, the design works as advertised. I look forward to seeing how often she chooses the O2. It's already in the top 10 toys we have, and may soon crack the top 5!

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
There's been a lot of discussion on the EF forums about the O2 and it's availability - unfortunately all colors are out of stock.
That's too bad - I just watched Tuesday's video review link which precisely explains why this toy is so effective for g-spot orgasms.
This toy is so good it's worth searching for other places to buy it!

O2 Revolution Discontinued?
-
I heard a rumor that the O2 Revolution was being discontinued, which made me sad because it's so pretty and I've been wanting to get one for a while to use on my boyfriend. The rumors seem to be supported by the fact that all three colors are out of stock here at EdenFantasys. Could someone please let me know what's up, and if there's a chance we can get one or if I should remove it from my wish lists...? Thanks!

That rumor was going around months ago too and it turned out to be false. Tantus had just stopped making it briefly while they worked out a manufacturing or some other problem.

Also, it looks like all three colors are for sale on Tantus's site. I'm guessing they're just temporarily out of stock here. -
I've heard it a few times now in the past few months, and it's been out of stock for a while so I got worried. Thanks for setting it straight. I'd be heartbroken if they were discontinued... I've got almost enough to buy one now!

O2 Revolution
-
Hopefully this is a sign of high demand - but I noticed that the Pink and Purple O2 Revolution dildos are out of stock. And the Purple is the only color in stock on the Tantus website. Is this dildo (that I really really want) getting discontinued or is it just out of stock?

I wouldn't not be surprised if it was being discontinued or changed in a major way.

I think it looks like it is going to be discontinued, if you really want it, you may want to get a hold on one.
