The best use for a harness is for gender play. It can be a female using it on a female or a female using it on a male. This is a beginner harness. This is the first harness I have ever owned and I really enjoy it. It is O ring capable, no Vac-U-Locks needed. You just need a variety of O rings to slide onto the dildo to attach.

The material on this is canvas straps, and then you have the little triangle on the front which has a velvety fabric. The canvas is a bit firm and does cause some irritation on the skin, there is no smell.

The harness has an adjustable tether that goes around the waist, then there are two more adjustable tethers that go around each leg. There is a fabric piece in the front that you slide the harness through so it can attach to an O ring with the snaps. It is fairly well made but the fabric piece can be a pain in the butt because it moves while in use. It is O ring compatable and can be used with anything that can fit into the O rings.

I'm a plus sized girl. My hips are 45" and it fits nicely with a lot more room to spare. I am able to adjust it easily, and I can take it on and off in no time at all. Anyone can use this from skinny, tiny people to us bigger more curvy girls.

I really like this harness and it works well for the purpose that I use it for. It does have its moments when it's not comfortable. After a while of wearing it, it does tend to dig in and itch and bother the skin. We've been trying to find ways to pad the straps that go around the legs because that's where I have the biggest issue. In order to take it off and on all you do is loosen the straps at the buckles, they slide so it makes it easy to use. Securing the toys into the harness is not much of a problem. If you're able to slide the snap into the O ring you should have no problem, it is a tad time consuming to get all four of them in. It holds the toys well just make sure the O ring is the right size for the toy so it doesn't slip out of the O ring during use. We've done quite a few different positions, and like I said this is my first harness and I sure am not used to how you feel after. I give men kudos for their ability to stand and do the things that they do. My first time using this thing I was hurting for a couple days because I used muscles I didn't know exsisted.
