Ben wa balls have been a great add to our collection. My wife loves putting them in during the day and by the time I get home from work she is ready to go. She has really loved the exercising the balls have provided and even after just a week has noticed a big difference in her pc muscles.

There is no smell or taste. They are metal. Since they are metal, they are very easy to clean and keep wearing day after day.

The design is the same for all ben wa balls. Work up to different sizes and increase your pc muscles and make your man squirm :) Don't start too small or they may be hard to keep in. Start with a larger set and then work your way down to small ones. Start with one and then move to two at a time.

It's a great toy for any woman. Get those muscles in shape and you WILL notice a difference in sex. Not to mention, wearing them will make you want your man at home as fast as he can. They're very fun to wear out and tease your man with knowing you have them in.

They're easy to care for and maintain. Wash after each use and keep clean. Store them in the box they come in and they will last forever.
