Exercise Your Kegels in Style

Pros:
Adorable, easy to clean, nifty box that keeps them from rolling and knocking into each other.
Cons:
May be too small for some women.
These little balls, made of pyrex glass, are very impressive. They are very smooth and of a clear glass over pretty little yellow and green flowers. They come in a package that is not very discreet, but inside that package is a little red box with a black bow on the top. Keeping them in this box, no one would ever know what was inside. Inside the box are your two balls, which are 3 1/4" in circumference, and 1" in diameter. The are very light, the site says 0.3 lbs. Inside the box, there are two holes for the ben wa balls to rest in so they do not roll around and knock into each other.

These balls are super smooth and easy to insert, and equally as easy to get out. While these are amazing for tightening your vaginal muscles, if you have not already start doing kegel exercises, they are small enough to slip out. You can use these balls virtually anywhere while doing anything. I have been using mine while I work out, doing reps with them as I do my usual workout. You may not want to use them while out and about in the world though, because I would imagine it would be terribly embarrassing to have one fall out while in your local Walmart.

These balls would be an awesome asset to anyone's collection, excellent for yourself or for a gift. While researching before buying, I read of girls even keeping them in while having sex. However, my man is pretty endowed and I have been too nervous to try this out.
The glass balls retain cold very well, as well as retaining your own body heat when they come out. They are very easy to clean, I have been using my toy spray after use, but I could see hot water and antibacterial soap working well for these little guys as well.

Experience
When using I have found that tightening the front and back walls of the vagina keep them in best. I read online once that doing 10 reps for 10 seconds each does wonders for your vaginal muscles. Preventing incontinence and increasing blood flow to the vaginal area. Incorporating these balls can be a helpful asset in performing these exercises.

It will not take long for you and your partner to feel results. Within a week you should start noticing changes, and during intercourse so will your partner. Inside that week you will also notice yourself being able to keep the balls in with less effort. Yay Kegels!

Different Designs-Ben Wa Glass Balls

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Ben Wa glass balls come with different flowers inside of them? Is it just one of those "You get what you get, theres all different ones" kind of thing? Or are they all the same with the yellow flower inside of them? Just wondered, because if they come with different ones, Im almost tempted to buy a few sets and try to collect them all! LMAO! They look so beautiful :)

I'm not 100% sure but I assume that it's just the one design.
If you take a link at this link: link, you'll see that the Crystal Balls (which I have) have two separate designs inside of them so they are both listed.
I'd think that if they had different designs, EF would list them to give the buyer then option of which one they'd prefer. Then again, I'm not totally sure since I do not own these so don't quote me lol :P -

Now I'm thinking the smaller balls would be harder to keep inside..therefore working the muscles more than the larger ben wa balls would....but a few reviews said these are good for beginners....why? My muscles are weak probably, wouldn't i need to work myway to the smaller ones?

I've had my eye on the kegelcisor for a lil' while. It seems to be useful for beginner's onward.

What you are saying makes sense and is how I would think about it too. If they are smaller, they would require more muscle strength keeping them inside. I think the logic behind they are good for beginners is they are small, so they go in easily, so a beginner wouldn't have issues with the size, but they could if they can't keep them inside. I have never used Ben was Balls. I like the Duo balls. They are nice. I would look at these.

Assuming you are talking about vaginal sex, I think one really obvious con would be that they would get crammed high up into the vaginal canal and it might be difficult to get them back out.

Ben Wa Balls Falling Out

I have had the problem of either the ben wa balls going to far up the vaginal canal, or the balls falling out if I wear them during normal everyday activity. I have fairly strong pelvic floor muscles, but I think these particular balls are almost too light weight for wearing during normal functioning, though I have yet to progress to a heavier weight. Would this solve the problem?

I'd avoid glass balls and use metal. Although we have a ton of glass dildos and love them - having pieces of glass clanging together frequently seems like a recipe for micro-cracks eventually resulting in failure (breakage).

yeah there are a huge selection of vibratings ben wa balls in here ,, these are glass and yes go to the page were all the selection is see the reviews and the functions ,, to see which one you like more i cannot say which one is the best ,, because everyone it´s different ,, i hope there´s one right for you ,, good luck

Ben Wa Balls Being Lost?

How often would you say that these balls COULD get lost inside of you? I'm really nervous that I'll have to go to the E.R. or something if I cannot find them inside of me. It creeps me out that they're in there, unattached to anything. Although I really am interested in using them for purposes of better sex.

Most times I find that with my vaginal balls I can push them out by using my muscles, it's basically the same muscles you use to make a BM. If you have had kids, it's the same muscles that you use to push a baby out. Bearing down like that should help push a ball to the point that you can grab it.
That being said, there are plenty of vaginal exercisers that have retrieval cords. Smartballs, Luna Beads, Emigi, etc. Maybe check out one of those if it'd make you feel more comfortable. -
I have these, and I admit the first time I used these I was afraid they were not going to come back out. I used the same technique that Alicia recommended and it was fine. I have yet to try an exerciser with a retrieval cord but I will in the future to make things easier.
