I think this toy is best used to keep you vagina tight, as well as for training your vaginal muscles to be able to squeeze. This toy encourages your body to do your Kegel exercises without you actually having to flex your muscles.

I think every woman should own a pair of Kegel exercise balls. For a girl whose vagina has been stretched, they are going to help your train your vagina so that you won't feel loose to your partner. But for me these were great to help my orgasms. By being able to squeeze on my partner's penis, I have been able to go from not being able to orgasm by only vaginal penetration to shaking from how amazing my orgasms are from vaginal penetration. My vagina is so tight that the only issue that I have is that we struggle to fit my boyfriend inside of me since I am so tight, as well as we struggle to get him in me. They are glass balls, so they are very smooth. There is no smell to them and I'm sure no taste (though I have never technically placed them in my mouth). The material does enhance the muscle training since the slick texture makes them easier to slide, thus making it more difficult to keep them inside of you.

I like the flower design. I also like the small round shape for the heightened Kegel exercises. The size, in my opinion, is great since they will really help to train your muscles well. As I said before, for those who are having trouble with how small they are, by placing them in a condom and then tying the condom off it will help the initial control and retrieval of the balls. This toy is great for travel. They are very small, silent, and won't set off metal detectors.

I think they are fabulous and I love how tight I am as well as how easily I can now orgasm, and the strength of my orgasms. I also love that even though they are glass they are very durable.
