These Glass Ben Wa Balls are a prettier version of traditional ben wa balls that also do not feature the moving balls inside. The size might not work for everyone and they can be a pain to get out sometimes. If you already have something you like for kegel exercises then I recommend skipping these, although they are not too expensive to try if you are curious.Published: September 3, 2011

The Glass ben wa balls are balls used for vaginal exercise in order to strengthen the PC muscles. This occurs because the muscles have to work hard to keep them inside of the body. If your muscles need to be strengthened then one or both of these may fall out on occasion. These should NOT be used anally because they will get lost and you may never see them again!
They come in a plastic package that holds the red storage case and the balls. The red case looks like a box that would be used for a piece of jewelery so it is discreet, though if someone sees it they may want to see what kind of jewelry might be hiding inside. Inside it is lined with black velvet covered foam and has two holes that the balls fit into for easy storage. If you put this in a bag I would suggest making sure it is secure because it could open up and your little glass balls could end up lost some where.
These ben wa balls are made from glass, a very safe sex toy material. Glass has no chemicals that will cause reactions and it is non porous so bacteria will not grow on them (as long as you wash them off). You may need a tiny bit of lubricant to get both of these comfortably inside of you and with glass you can use any type of lube you desire. To clean these, just use warm water and soap or a toy cleaner. They can be sterilized by wiping them with a 10% bleach solution so that you can share them with a partner or just keep them extra clean.
To use these you simply insert them into your vagina and leave them in so your muscles work to hold them in. You can also put them in and the consciously clench your PC muscles and feel some resistance from them.
The size may work better for some than others. They are an inch in diameter with a 3.25 inch circumference. In my opinion they weigh about the same as a medium sized marble, not too heavy. They are solid glass, so there is no little ball that moves around inside that you can feel when you are walking. I do wish they were a bit heavier, because for me when I insert them I can't feel them moving around as much as I would like and they don't require much effort to keep inside. I have other kegel exercisers that I enjoy more because of the added stimulation that the moving balls inside provide.

Experience
I really don't use these that often for a variety of reasons. The first one being that I don't really feel them that much when they are inside, which makes me feel that they are less effective than my Emigi (which is my favorite kegel toy as of now). Another reason is that when I go to remove them I usually have a harder time getting the second ball to come out. The first one comes out easily, but the second one requires squatting for a few minutes or sitting on the toilet as if I was going to pee in order to get it to come out. I like having a retrieval cord much better.
When I first got these I did enjoy leaving them in while I stimulated my clit until I orgasmed because I could feel the balls as my muscles contracted strongly. I don't really do this now, but it could be fun for some people.

Different Designs-Ben Wa Glass Balls

I was wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Ben Wa glass balls come with different flowers inside of them? Is it just one of those "You get what you get, theres all different ones" kind of thing? Or are they all the same with the yellow flower inside of them? Just wondered, because if they come with different ones, Im almost tempted to buy a few sets and try to collect them all! LMAO! They look so beautiful :)

I'm not 100% sure but I assume that it's just the one design.
If you take a link at this link: link, you'll see that the Crystal Balls (which I have) have two separate designs inside of them so they are both listed.
I'd think that if they had different designs, EF would list them to give the buyer then option of which one they'd prefer. Then again, I'm not totally sure since I do not own these so don't quote me lol :P -

Now I'm thinking the smaller balls would be harder to keep inside..therefore working the muscles more than the larger ben wa balls would....but a few reviews said these are good for beginners....why? My muscles are weak probably, wouldn't i need to work myway to the smaller ones?

I've had my eye on the kegelcisor for a lil' while. It seems to be useful for beginner's onward.

What you are saying makes sense and is how I would think about it too. If they are smaller, they would require more muscle strength keeping them inside. I think the logic behind they are good for beginners is they are small, so they go in easily, so a beginner wouldn't have issues with the size, but they could if they can't keep them inside. I have never used Ben was Balls. I like the Duo balls. They are nice. I would look at these.

Assuming you are talking about vaginal sex, I think one really obvious con would be that they would get crammed high up into the vaginal canal and it might be difficult to get them back out.

Ben Wa Balls Falling Out

I have had the problem of either the ben wa balls going to far up the vaginal canal, or the balls falling out if I wear them during normal everyday activity. I have fairly strong pelvic floor muscles, but I think these particular balls are almost too light weight for wearing during normal functioning, though I have yet to progress to a heavier weight. Would this solve the problem?

I'd avoid glass balls and use metal. Although we have a ton of glass dildos and love them - having pieces of glass clanging together frequently seems like a recipe for micro-cracks eventually resulting in failure (breakage).

How often would you say that these balls COULD get lost inside of you? I'm really nervous that I'll have to go to the E.R. or something if I cannot find them inside of me. It creeps me out that they're in there, unattached to anything. Although I really am interested in using them for purposes of better sex.

Most times I find that with my vaginal balls I can push them out by using my muscles, it's basically the same muscles you use to make a BM. If you have had kids, it's the same muscles that you use to push a baby out. Bearing down like that should help push a ball to the point that you can grab it.
That being said, there are plenty of vaginal exercisers that have retrieval cords. Smartballs, Luna Beads, Emigi, etc. Maybe check out one of those if it'd make you feel more comfortable. -
I have these, and I admit the first time I used these I was afraid they were not going to come back out. I used the same technique that Alicia recommended and it was fine. I have yet to try an exerciser with a retrieval cord but I will in the future to make things easier.

I have wanted these ever since I joined Eden, and they've been out of stock the whole time! I think I'd like them a lot, even though they're lightweight, because I don't really want a retrieval cord, so it sounds like the reasons you don't like them are some of the reasons I will.
