Lots of Bang For Your Buck!
This vibe provides a lot of fun at very little cost! It's waterproof, multi-speed, and surprisingly strong. This is a great vibe for almost anyone! It's so inexpensive that almost anyone can afford to own one, and since it's multi-speed, it's fantastic for people that like soft vibrations as well as those that like stronger ones. The Blueberry Buzz is a waterproof, multi-speed straight vibe made from hard plastic. It takes 2 AA batteries, and turning the dial at the bottom of the toy turns it on and off and increases the speed of the vibration.
Let it be known that I typically do not like straight vibes. Internal vibrations tend to make me feel like I am going to lose control of my bowels, and as you can imagine, that is not a very pleasant feeling. So, inserting the toy didn't really do much for me. However, if you do like internal vibrations, this toy is great because the vibrations are concentrated in the tip of the toy, instead of near the base where a lot of other straight vibes vibrate from. When the vibrations are near the base, they tend to not carry through the toy very well, making them hard to feel when the toy is inserted.
However, I really like this toy. Why? Because I don't use it internally. I use it clitorally. I just press it to my clit as opposed to inserting it. Why else do I like this toy? The vibrations are strong as fuck. I require a lot of stimulation in order to orgasm, and this toy was able to provide it. However it's multi-speed, so someone that prefers more gentle vibrations would be able to set the toy to softer vibrations. Because it is made from hard plastic, it carries vibrations very well, as opposed to toys made of softer materials (like jelly or silicone), which tend to absorb a lot of the vibrations. This means that it won't be as quiet as a softer toy, but it really isn't horribly loud. The TV and/or a thick blanket would completely conceal the noise. And the fact that it is waterproof is an added bonus. Just make sure that the cap is screwed on tightly so that water doesn't leak into the battery compartment.
Another little tip is that you should always take the batteries out of a toy when it's not in use. Not only will it preserve the life of both the toy and the batteries, it will avoid the possibility of the batteries leaking into the toy. Another great thing about the Blueberry Buzzis that it is completely affordable! At less than $20, everyone can afford to own one. I've recommended this to several friends as their first vibrator, and everyone that has purchased one has loved it.

This was my first waterproof vibe, and only my second straight vibe ever. After being spoiled on clitoral stimulators, and dual stimulation vibes for a while after my horrid experience with my first straight vibe, I thought I would never want to own one again. But I never stopped loving this one. It got a ton of mileage for such an inexpensive vibe, and it wasn't until almost a year later that it finally bit the dust. The turn dial on the cap fell off. I was sad, but definitely got my money's worth, and continue recommending it to friends. I would even consider replacing it for myself!

Does she have a preference for size? color? is she sensitive or does she require quite a bit of stimulation to get her to achieve an orgasm?
Unfortunately no one will be able to point you in the right direction regarding products without that information. Stimulation, arousal and the sensation of orgasm is relatively different depending on the person(s) involved.
I suggest you ask her what she likes, and if she doesn't know maybe try a bunch of different products to help her figure that out.
