The Clit Exciter was my very first toy...in fact it's still my only toy. The vibes are so strong that I only ever use the lowest settings. The first time I used it I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing, nor was I sure if it would do anything for me. Boy was I surprised! My orgasm was so strong that my body was lurching up over and over again. I could almost taste it, if that makes any sense. It was so powerful that I starting belly laughing afterwards. So, I was hooked after that. Sure, the effect isn't as amazing as the first time, but it's still a great vibe and almost always gets me there. Sometimes I wish there was a little more pin-point accuracy, but usually its just fine. First I avoid my clit, then after exploring my entire area down there I lightly let it touch the tip of my clit. Then I let it engulf me with the scooped head and I start to explode!

The Clit Exciter is a slender and pretty vibe full of sparkles. The head has a scoop in it so it perfectly engulfs the clit. Around the scoop are little raised nubs which add a little texture. I'm undecided if they do anything for me. I actually would probably prefer it to be more smooth for better caressing and gliding motion. It's made of hard plastic so it's easy to clean and the vibrations are powerful. Because of the hard plastic though it can actually be painful when set on high. You can feel the vibes through the whole thing, but it's concentrated at the head. It warms up pretty quickly, but it has never over-heated on me. The warmth adds to the experience. Silicone lube compatible!

I think the Clit Exciter was designed well. It was larger than I was expecting, but you are still able to stimulate small areas. I think it's great for beginners (which I was), but probably great for just about anyone. It's easy to slip into a drawer and hide, which I like. It can be kind of loud, but if you are under the covers and a quiet fan is on no one can hear, not even my husband sleeping next to me. Because of the hard plastic it could potentially be painful on sensitive areas if turned on high. I wish it came with a little jelly sleeve for the tip because sometime I just want something soft and stimulating instead of hard and unforgiving. Also, if there is a lot of rubbing action going on the raised nubs can get irritating, so it would be better if it was smooth or if the nubs were jelly.

The Clit Exciter has a turn dial control which can be a little difficult to use if you get lube on it. The lowest setting is great for teasing and lightly exciting the area you want. When turned all the way up it's way too much for me. In fact, it's so powerful it can start to rattle and it gets very loud. I think it would be better with a button control on the bottom. It's waterproof, however I prefer to use it in bed. As I mentioned before, I think it would be better if it came with a small jelly sleeve you could put on the head because sometimes the hard plastic is just too strong and I like a little soft teasing beforehand. All in all, it's a great toy for anyone's toybox. Be sure to use plenty of lube! I prefer silicone, which works well with the Clit Exciter. It's easy to clean off as well.

The Clit Exciter is very easy to care for. I always use silicone lubricant with it (Wet Platinum). When finished with your exciting experience, simply use warm soap and water to wash it clean. It's best to let it air dry. When dry it can be stored just about anywhere. Mine goes in my nightstand drawer next to my lubes. I have tried using water-based lubricants with it and it worked just fine, but silicone is longer lasting and I prefer to make my solo sessions last as long as I can.
