The very first thing I noticed when I turned this clitoral vibrator on was that it was seemingly very loud. However, I did leave it turned on and placed it on my bed, closed the door then walked into another room. I did NOT hear any vibrating, humming or buzzing at the time.

The second thing I noticed was that after holding the Exciter for a little while my hand still had the sensation of vibration. The Exciter does provide very powerful stimulation and does serve its purpose. It's very easy to clean before & after use. Being waterproof makes it that much easier to use and clean.

I didn't like the vibration control which is just turning it clockwise. It's too touchy, and if you're using this during sex the control is easily moved out of place, causing an interruption. I was disappointed with this product. I could not feel the "dots", nor did I notice the "cap" indent on the Exciter. Generally, I was disappointed with the Exciter.
