You thought having balls was just for the guys but not with these Glass Ben Wa Balls. Now, ladies, we can have our own. These balls have been around for some time and come in a lot of different forms, but their primary function is to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, also called your PC or pubococcygeus muscle (it's the muscle you use to stop urination). You can do kegel exercises without anything to strengthen the muscle, but I prefer the balls for a few different reasons. One, I have to put them in so it reminds me to do them. Two, the balls are slightly weighted (.3 lbs) so there is some resistance to the exercises. And three, I get a little turned on thinking that they are in there and nobody else knows it.

These balls fit comfortably inside the vaginal canal and you can kegel the day away. You can use them anywhere, anytime, as they are small, discreet, and noiseless once they are inside you. I would recommend wearing them around the house starting with a half hour at a time and work your way up to longer before you try wearing them in public (more on that later).

These balls can also be used during vaginal intercourse, though they are not recommended for anal use since they could get lost. I'm going to say it again: vaginal use only. This product is great for anyone who wants to tone up or surprise their partner, but they are especially helpful for women who may have weakened PC muscles from childbirth or trauma.

Because these balls are made of Pyrex glass, they are odorless, tasteless, and nonporous. There are no seams, texture, or rough spots, and they are lusciously smooth between the hands and inside your vag. The design of these balls is beautiful. The picture of the flowers on the site really doesn't do them justice. They are also smaller than they appear in the picture. Because they are so small, I would recommend these for an experienced user. For beginners I'd recommend starting with a set that are attached with a string and working your way up to these. While inserted, they stayed put fairly well. I could feel them mostly when I clenched my muscles or if I took the stairs. Stairs--what a challenge! Pros: The balls come with a great black satin storage case that has velvet and foam on the inside and a bow on the lid. It is small, discreet, and will protect the balls from dust or if they happened to get knocked around or dropped from the counter.

Cons: There weren't really instructions about using them in different ways, but this is minor since the balls are pretty self-explanatory.

If you are looking for something to roll around and please you, I don't think this is the product you're looking for, but if you want something subtle to help you improve your orgasms and you're willing to put in the time, then I recommend these glass ben wa balls to you.

I wasn't immediately in love with these balls. The first time I used them, I thought I might need to be a little warmed up first. I spent some time with my Hitachi Magic Wand, cleaned up, and took the balls out of their case. These balls can be inserted in similar methods that you use to insert a tampon. I squatted down and used one finger and my own lubrication to insert the first ball. I pushed it in with one index finger, did the same with the second ball, and went on my way to start the ironing. I had them in about three minutes before the first ball worked its way out. Undeterred, I pushed it in and went back to work. About 45 seconds later it was out again. I tried a third time and after it popped out, too, I decided maybe a warm up wasn't necessary and vowed to try again the next day.

Day two, no warm up, no problem. I squatted and used my own lubrication to insert a finger length in and they were no problem. I wore them around the house and performed my kegels without problem. As for getting them out, I didn't have problems there, either. I again squatted and gave a little push (bear down is a good way to say it). When they come down, you can hook a finger behind them to pull them out then rinse them off. I haven't had one get stuck yet and I've been using them about a month.

I always wash these before and after use. If you want to add a little something extra, these balls can be warmed up or cooled down under the faucet before you put them in, just be careful not to go too hot or too cold. I also use this time to check for cracks/damage and all is still sharp after a month of use.
