Yes! It truly is Xtreme! When this awesome little toy arrived, I thought it looked attractive enough with it’s green and purple exterior. Kind of funky looking and different as other reviewers have pointed out already. The bullet felt smooth and silky due to the rubber cote over hard plastic. I also liked the "grips" added to the control box for better grip. The control box does have a "jack" that the bullet and attached wire "plug" into. It has 2 1/4 insertable inches which are just right for reaching my g-spot with a diameter of 1 1/8 inches. The box states it has 5 xtreme speeds, 7 xtreme functions and xtreme lights. To be honest though, I really didn't see anything "xtreme" about the lights. Don’t get me wrong, they are pretty interesting but, they are just red indicator lights. The lights do kind of "dance" with the different functions though.
Now for the part I really enjoyed! The vibrations on this little bullet vibe are fantastic! I do believe the lower settings would be appropriate for just about anyone while the higher speeds are truly xtreme and better suited to a more experienced user. So far, this little bullet vibe has more power than any other I have tried! The vibrations were amazing on my clit even though, I couldn't use the highest speed setting for this, I did use the highest speed setting a few times once it was inserted onto my g-spot. This also felt truly amazing and had me clenching the blankets in my fist! I normally don’t find the different function patterns to be very interesting either but, these were fantastic! There is probably a pattern function suitable for just about anybody on this thing! So, did I orgasm with this toy? Ohhhh Yesss! I don’t see who could keep from it!

It can be easily cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping it down with isopropyl alcohol. It is also compatible with water, oil and silicone lubes. I do wonder though, since this has rubber cote, if you should go with the cleaning instructions for rubber. I’m really not sure on this one but, here are the guidelines for rubber. Rubber is porous and does not clean well so, you can make a rubber toy last longer and keep it cleaner by using a condom over it during each use. Rubber is compatible with silicone and water based lubes.
All in all, I am in love with this Xtreme bullet! I will cherish and love it until the day it dies and then probably purchase a new one! If you are looking for this type of vibe, you cannot go wrong with this one! Buy it!

I am definitely still loving this toy! This is one of my all time favorites ever! I practically use it on a daily basis! I truly cannot live without this toy! I actually plan on buying another one just to make sure I have a back up! I've had no problems whatsoever with it's performance either! Seriously, if you've been looking at this one debating on if you should buy it or not, go for it! The only "very minor" problem I have with this toy is that I do wish there was an o ring in place where the wires go into the bullet. Other than that I have no complaints at all! It has out performed some of my toys that I have spent 3x as much on by far! Just make sure to keep fresh batteries in it or the vibrations might not be as powerful. All in all I'm very pleased and highly recommend it!

Depends. This one you can, although I wouldn't insert it very far to make sure you don't end up with anything getting caught where the cord comes out of the bullet.

This is my first multi function bullet. My other one is just a straight up vibe. This one has a smoother material, and I like the different vibration settings. It's a good value for the price.

For that you want something with a flared bottom, like a buttplug has. Otherwise there is a risk that it could go too far in, and you wouldn't be able to get it out. As a g-spot vibe, I would say it's fair. Both the prostate and g-spot need strong stimulation, and this is not a really powerful vibrator. It's also not really long enough to combine thrusting motion with the vibration, which is what these spots love, in particular.
As a clitoral vibe, it's excellent. And that is what I use it for. It can also provide a nice counterpoint, when inserted, to another clitoral vibe.
It's got a really long cord, and this would be good for a partner who wanted to control a vibe stuck in some snug panties or otherwise held up to their partner. It's also pretty quiet, and so is less likely to make you burst out laughing at the noise or otherwise spoil the mood with angry hornet sounds.

Question about Xtreme Pack Bullet

For those of you that have owned this, how long has it last for you? Even with a fair amount of love n' care my bullets don't last more than a few months and I've come to accept this as a reality of bullet vibrators :(
BUT, seeing as everyone says this is the best darn bullet in the world, I was wondering if maybe it was an exception to this rule? -
My first one lasted a year and a half.
But I've heard of others having much worse luck. -
I guess it's nice to know it at least has the capacity to last that long...there wasn't anything super special you did to extend its life, was there? I usually just try to keep them pretty dry (even when they say waterproof), take the batteries out between uses, and I have started reinforcing the wires at their connections with electrical tape. The tape has actually helped them from coming loose, which is good.
Anyone else have any suggestions?

I never thought of that, about cleaning instructions. I would imagine that "rubber cote" is still mostly plastic, but there is some rubber in it to make it feel softer. At least, that's how I've always imagined it, because it's really not much different from regular plastic.

I've been looking for a replacement for my beloved (but sadly kaput) jelly g-spot vibe. From your review, it sounds like this one might do the trick! Time to start saving money again =] As for clean-up, when in doubt, I always use toy cleaner. I'm of the opinion that the instructions for cleaning sex toys should come right on the box, but unfortunately not all sex toy manufacturers think of that when it comes to the packaging.
