This is a great little toy that does a pretty good job of simulating a blow job. Also, when I say little, I mean little. The Palm pal is a couple inches shorter than a lot of other masturbators. One good thing about this toy is you can have a little bit of foreplay with it. You can use the mouth portion to get yourself started before you stick it in. You can use the tongue to "lick" the head, and you run the lips sideways up and down your shaft. Once it's in, you can close the hole at the end to create some suction. With the way the nubs are designed, you can twist it around your penis for some extra stimulation. Another great thing about the Palm Pal is that it's the perfect size for travel, just put it in a bag and throw it in your suitcase.

The Mouth Palm Pal is made from UR3, with Sil-A-Gel, and is very soft and squishy. It's not very stretchy, which helps it feel tight, but that means men who are bigger than average down there will probably wear it out pretty fast. It does have that sweet fruity smell that a lot of UR3 products seem to have. Some people don't like that smell, but it doesn't bother me. It is pretty sticky, which I kind of like because it makes it easier to hold onto. The inside of the toy has four columns of nubs vertically lining the shaft. The palm pal is 5 inches long with a circumference of 6 1/4 inches. The first inch is the mouth portion, which has two lips and a flat, smooth tongue. I wish the tongue and lips could have had a bit more texture. The other four inches is the nubbed shaft. The outside is completely smooth, with the Doc Johnson logo carved into the top on the mouth portion. The middle does curve in which, in addition to the stickiness, makes it easier to keep a grip. For average sized users, the shaft will be fairly tight.

Since you can't turn this toy inside out, the best way to clean it is to use your finger and soap the shaft. Get a good lather to make sure you got every bump and dip, and then run water through to rinse. The stickiness of the outside will attract lint very easily, so keep it in some kind of bag to store it. According to the mater page for UR3, you should only use water based lube with this toy. However, the care guide that comes with it states that silicone lube can also be used for all of Doc Johnsons UR3 products. If you want to make sure, do a spot check on an inconspicuous part of the toy. I store the box in its original bag and box.

The Palm Pal comes in a blue box with a picture of the toy on the front. The back has some material information, as well as pictures of the two other toys in the Palm Pal line, the Ass and Pussy. I store the toy in the box and the bag that came with it. The box isn't very discreet, so you'll probably want to keep it out of sight if you store it that way.
