This is your standard, super-stretchy cock-ring with a loop at the top for the included vibrator. It can be used on a penis to add stimulation and increase erectile firmness, or placed around a dildo to add vibrations; it could even be used on a finger as a clitoral vibrator. It's a good choice for a first vibrating cock-ring, due to the ease of use and the extreme stretchiness of the material. It can be used solo or with a partner.

The ring is made of TPR silicone, which rates a 6 on the EdenFantasys Material Safety Scale. TPR silicone is a blend of thermoplastic rubber (a synthetic rubber) with at least 10% silicone. It is free of latex and phthalates, which qualifies this material as hypo-allergenic. It is still somewhat porous, though, so it can't be sterilized and shouldn't be shared (except with your long-term, mutually monogamous partner). This particular blend is very squishy and stretchy, and has a slight chemical scent when brought close to the nose. It's a transparent, light-purple color.

The tiny vibrating bullet is made of hard, clear pink plastic. It has a miniscule arrow-shaped on/off switch on one end. The motor, vibrating mechanism, and button battery are visible inside, but there doesn't seem to be any way to open the case to replace the battery; therefore, this will only work for as long as the battery lasts.

This toy has a pretty decent shape, size, and design. The ring should fit just about any penis or dildo, as its opening measures about 5/8" unstretched, and it will stretch to near-infinity. (Okay, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but it really is ridiculously stretchy, and will easily accommodate my entire fist.) On one side of the vibrator loop, there's a butterfly-shaped stimulator intended to rub or bump up against the clit during vaginal intercourse. Its "wings" are covered in tiny, soft nubs, with an equally-soft, elongated "body" in between.

The vibrator is the perfect size and shape to fit neatly into the loop in the ring--about an inch long and 3/8" wide--and each end has a slight lip that prevents the vibe from working its way out of the loop.

As mentioned above, the little vibe has a simple on/off switch on one end. The package indicates that you'll get about 30 minutes of use from it, and implies that this is a one-time-use toy. However, my research has shown otherwise! For the first test, I turned it on and left it next to me while I worked on the computer. It lasted a full 45 minutes before dying, and rated about 2.5 vrooms and 2.5-3 bees. The next day, I switched it on, and it came back to life! It lasted 30 minutes that time. The third test, performed that evening, gave me 10 minutes at full power, then another ten minutes at a lower vibration strength. Tonight, it has now been running for 20 minutes at about 1.5 vrooms and 1 bee. So, I believe the average user would get about three uses out of this vibrating ring.

TPR silicone can be washed with soap and water, or with an antibacterial toy cleaning fluid. You won't want to boil it or run it through your dishwasher, as that might destroy the toy; you can't sterilize it with a bleach solution, because it is semi-porous. You'll want to store it separately from your silicone toys, and be sure to use only water-based lubricants with it.

This ring is very simply packaged in a small, plastic packet. One side is foil-lined inside, and offers some basic instructions outside; the other side is transparent, which means there's nothing subtle or discreet about it. The packet tears open, and is not reusable.

If you love this ring, it can easily be used with other small, plastic bullet vibrators once the included one is dead. The vibrator loop is just as stretchy as the ring portion, so a variety of diameters will fit. Just be sure to always wash the ring thoroughly after use, especially all its nooks and crannies, and store it in a cool, dark place away from other silicone or TPR toys to lengthen its lifespan.
