The Romance Enhancing Fluttering ("flutter RING" -- get it? It took me a while) is definitely sex enhancing, but I don't know about romance-enhancing. This soft body-safe TPR vibrating cock ring can be used by couples during penetrative sex, or with other toys. Single folks can use this with a vibrator or dildo, too.

The purple TPR is soft and flexible, especially the 'wings' and 'tail' of the butterfly. It is smooth, slightly stretchy (more stretchy in the thinner areas), and not very sticky. The bullet fits securely and can be easily replaced with a standard 2" bullet.

The purple butterfly was off-putting at first. It is not a very masculine design...actually, it's REALLY GIRLIE.

The wings are intended as 'labia massagers' and the tail as an 'anal tickler' but I didn't feel anything from either of those parts. The bullet, however, is GREAT for clitoral stimulation! This does tend to move, though, due to the weight of the bullet, but feels nice used upside down also. Don't feel limited by the 'right' way to wear this.

The bullet is powered by 3 watch batteries, which are included. The packaging calls this multi-speed, but it is really only one speed -- push the button for ON, again for OFF. TPR is slightly porous, and although the FlutteRing is mostly smooth, it does have a slight tendency to pick up fuzz and hair. Just wash it up with antibacterial toy cleaner or antibacterial soap and warm water.

Water or silicone-based lubricants are safe to use with this material, but consider yourself warned: lubricant combined with the weight of the bullet, especially with vigorous thrusting will cause the ring to rotate out of position.

This toy is packaged in a clear plastic clamshell and is completely visible. It is NOT discreet, but this could be a cute and fun bachelorette party gift that would really get used!

The placement and angle of the vibrator bullet is a little bit of a negative factor. We used this in a missionary style and found that it kept poking into the clitoral area rather than sliding along and stimulating it.
