The Romance Enhancing FlutteRing by Evolved Novelties is a great inexpensive and cute buzzy vibrating cock ring. It has a strong vibration, but doesn't always stay in position with vigorous thrusting and/or lubes. It CAN be used in many positions, though.

Use

The Romance Enhancing Fluttering ("flutter RING" -- get it? It took me a while) is definitely sex enhancing, but I don't know about romance-enhancing. This soft body-safe TPR vibrating cock ring can be used by couples during penetrative sex, or with other toys. Single folks can use this with a vibrator or dildo, too.

Material / Texture

The purple TPR is soft and flexible, especially the 'wings' and 'tail' of the butterfly. It is smooth, slightly stretchy (more stretchy in the thinner areas), and not very sticky. The bullet fits securely and can be easily replaced with a standard 2" bullet.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

The purple butterfly was off-putting at first. It is not a very masculine design...actually, it's REALLY GIRLIE.

The wings are intended as 'labia massagers' and the tail as an 'anal tickler' but I didn't feel anything from either of those parts. The bullet, however, is GREAT for clitoral stimulation! This does tend to move, though, due to the weight of the bullet, but feels nice used upside down also. Don't feel limited by the 'right' way to wear this.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The bullet is powered by 3 watch batteries, which are included. The packaging calls this multi-speed, but it is really only one speed -- push the button for ON, again for OFF. That wasn't a problem for me, because it's a very strong vibe. The clitoral stimulation is great, but again, the 'extra parts' (wings, tail) don't carry the vibration, and are mostly just for looks.
The bullet can be replaced if this one wears out, and the batteries are also easily replaced. There is a waterproof (resistant?) seal in the bullet, so this can be used in the tub, shower, or pool also.

Care and Maintenance

TPR is slightly porous, and although the FlutteRing is mostly smooth, it does have a slight tendency to pick up fuzz and hair. Just wash it up with antibacterial toy cleaner or antibacterial soap and warm water.

Water or silicone-based lubricants are safe to use with this material, but consider yourself warned: lubricant combined with the weight of the bullet, especially with vigorous thrusting will cause the ring to rotate out of position.

Experience

My experience with this cock ring is that it felt really great on my clit, when it was positioned correctly.

The placement and angle of the vibrator bullet is a little bit of a negative factor. We used this in a missionary style and found that it kept poking into the clitoral area rather than sliding along and stimulating it. (Next time we'll try this with me on top, so it might lie a bit flatter and therefore work better for GRINDING.)

The ring can be rotated on purpose, with the vibe at the bottom, or the vibe facing backwards (towards his balls) for different effects.
Follow-up commentary
We used this once, but never again. The hassle of keeping it in place was not worth the buzzy buzz.

Every review on this I have read, along with my own experience, has proved that it indeed does not stay in place and the wings/tail don't stimulate. I have to say it is a great bullet though, and I love the tip of the sleeve with the bullet.

My man didn't really care what it looked like because he is all about experimenting It was our first ring and I just snatched it up without taking a second thought!
