Hole In One!
An interesting concept to say the least. I would give it a try as it is compatible with products besides tenga, but for the limited amount of information on this product it makes me a bit leery (I have had a hard time finding out what is actually inside the plastic) as far as care is concerned. I give it 3 stars.Published: May 2, 2011
Pros:
Warms up toys good and they feel realistic
Cons:
Has to be boiled after each use, limited information on the product.
The Tenga Hole Warmer is a strange accessory used to warm male masturbatory toys. It is a small cylindrical shape and is very different from anything I have seen. The warmer is used by snapping the small metal plate inside that activates the acetic acid inside and causes it to heat up. After use it needs to be boiled in water in order to return the liquid to its original clear state.
Once the metal is snapped, the warmer heats up very quickly and gets quite hot. Lube is recommended to insert it, and heat is retained for about 5 minutes or so before it starts to cool. When we used it, SO's fleshlight felt very warm and definitely realistic with some added lubrication. It stayed warm long enough to get him started and create some heat within the fleshlight on his own.
I recommend waiting a few minutes after you insert the warmer and testing out the inside of your toy to ensure that you do not burn yourself. The one I received hasn't caused any harm yet, but they could be different.
In order to re use, the warmer needs to be put in boiling water for about 5 minutes to help melt the liquid to its original state. It can then be stored at room temperature until you are ready for the next use. Tenga claims the warmer can be used up to 30 times
My impression of this accessory was much different than what it actually is. I thought this was some kind of outlet operated warmer, instead it is a simple snap and heat device.
The warmer is about 8 inches long and less than an inch in diameter when heated. It is coated with plastic and comes with instructions on how to use it.
So far I have found limited information related to this particular item, and I have had a hard time finding out what the actual ingredients are inside the tube. I know that there is acetic acid inside of it, which does not sound like something that should be in contact with your skin, so make sure to dispose of this right away in the event that it leaks or is damaged in any way!

Tenga Hole Warmer

I notice the Tenga Hole Warmer says that it is only good for 30 uses. What happens after this? Can anyone describe their experience? Does it take longer to warm up, or simply stop working after 30 uses? The price seems nice at 1st, but if you have to buy more of these on a regular basis, wouldn't it be cheaper to shell out the money and buy the plugin version ?
Or is the 30 uses similar to how Tenga says the Flip hole is only good for X amount of uses. Clearly you can use it for a LONG time if you take care of it. -
This is a Japanese product and I've heard that there is a Japanese regulation that states something about requiring the manufacture to give the number of uses that a reusable item can be expected to last. My suspicion is that the flexible plastic will wear a hole and leak sometime after about that many uses.
The way in which the heat is generated through exothermic crystallisation of supersaturated solutions (typically sodium acetate) does NOT wear out. -
Is there a plugin version? Where?
