Pumped up is exactly what is says, It's a pump. Using this toy, you have to use both hands, maybe even an extra hand. It is supposed to temporarily pump up your member, and get it ready for play. It may make it a little thicker, or you can use it to masterbate. This toy is best for both female and male. It have great suction. You can use this for foreplay in the shower, or just about anywhere. Maybe not at anytime.

The material of this product is a hard plastic, which makes it safe to use. It's also non-porous. It's very firm; this can be used for beginners looking into pumps. There is a small part of material on the bottom which is TPE, a rubber like material, which is also safe to use. However, it is also a dust collector, as you can see. Both parts of this product can be cleaned with soap and warm water.

The design is plain, it's a blue transparent color with the word HUSTLER in silver on the side. It's not very discreet if you are trying to hide it. This product is best used for guys on the smaller side; if you are on the bigger side, keep looking because this will only get crowded, and won't give you alot of space.

This product was very easy to clean, you can clean it with soap and water, or your anti-bacterial toy cleaner. On the instructions, it does say to store the product on its own, only because other products might mess it up. I stored it with all my other toys and so far, it's fine.

The packaging isn't discreet at all; it's a clear plastic container which has intructions on the top of the container. You can either keep it, or just recycle it. I choose to keep it for now.
