I purchased this pump for my man, who is 58 and having some erectile problems. He has a somewhat larger penis than the average guy, and we thought it would help with getting him up and hopefully keeping him up.

The Pump DOES work well, but I think it would be better on a guy who is not so large, would rate it for a smaller to the average size man. It primarily lengthened the penis, getting his all the way to the end of the pump inside. The pump has a hand-held ball-shaped plastic pump, with an attached tubing to the pump itself. You place your penis inside the rubber "lips" at the base of the pump, and begin to squeeze until desired length is reached. The product was very effective, easy to use, and worked very well. Each squeeze drew his penis further inside, and I watched as he grew both in length and girth. He was very easily able to fill the entire pump with just a few squeezes.

The flip side to this was once he got so large, he had difficulties getting himself out of it. He needed to use plenty of lube to extract himself, and once out, he was fully erect and quite large. He said the process of inflating the pump and feeling his penis grow was not painful in any way. This was his first time using a pump, and neither he nor I were disappointed with the resulting larger erect penis.

It works quite fast, doesn't take a long time at all to increase your penis size. Recommended for anyone who feels the need for a larger penis or has an erectile issue. It would be recommended to use a cock ring in conjunction with the pump, as once he was enlarged, the cock ring kept the blood in the penis giving him the ability to complete intercourse and resulting in an explosive orgasm! We tried it without a cock ring, and if you are thinking of purchasing a pump for erectile dysfunction, we both highly advise you use a cock ring as he quickly lost his erection without a cock ring on.
