Not worth it

I have used many different cock rings before, and I was excited to see that EF now has their own. However, I would NOT invest in this one. I got it as a free gift, and I will not be getting it again. Next time, I will opt for the EF wipes or something else, but definitely not this ring.

Use

I would say this toy is for beginners more than anyone else, but even then I don't want to say that because I could see someone totally new to vibrating rings trying this one out then not liking it and thinking they are all like this. At best, it is for beginners, but there are so many better rings and vibrating toys on the market. Advanced users will definitely not be satisfied with this. I don't see anyone enjoying the vibrations of this. They are barely noticiable.

Material / Texture

This has a very stretchy, jelly-like texture. However, it is made of TPR Silicone. It is hypo-allergenic, latex free, and phthalates free. The material is certainly not bad, especially for one time use. The material is pretty sticky feeling, but since I used it with my champlette since my partner was not around, I am not 100% sure if it would pull hair but I could definitely see that happening based on the texture of it. One side of the ring has some very low nubs that won't really add any stimulation at all. I did not notice any odor on this toy at all.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

This ring is very stretchy, but I'm not sure it will comfortably fit around the shaft and testicles of most men. I think it is pretty safe to say that it would only fit around the shaft of most average-sized penises. It's not adjustable, but it does stretch a fair amount.

Functions / Performance / Controls

There are no settings on this, just on and off, at the flip of the switch on the side. The switch is easy to use, and I did not find it switching off which is a good thing. The vibrations and texture are not at all stimulating for me, and if my partner was wearing this I don't see how he would have felt it at all either.

Care and Maintenance

Since this is one use, there is no need to clean or store it...so I suppose that is convenient? The batteries can't be replaced, and even if they could, the vibrations are not strong enough to make it worth it. I suppose if you were going to keep the ring for whatever reason, perhaps to use it with another bullet you could do that? I wouldn't want to, I did not get any stimulation from the nubs on the ring. If you were going to do that, you could treat it like any other ring and clean it with cleaner and/or soap & water.

Packaging

The packaging is an easy to open plastic package, just big enough for the ring. One things I could not help but notice was a typo on the packaging "Do not use on SWALLEN or inflamed areas". My partner noticed it also when he looked at the package.

I know I gave this ring "one Vroom", but if I could give it less, I would. Seriously. I could not feel this at all. I had to take the vibrating bullet piece out of the ring and press it against my clit as hard as I could to see if it was just the ring taking away some of the vibrations. It wasn't. This is the weakest vibrating toy I have EVER used. You're better off investing in a ring that is not one use. Even if you do want a one-time-use ring, there are plenty available at drugstores that I have used that worked better than this one. I was going to get one of these for a friend who had never heard of vibrating rings and mentioned that they sounded cool and he and his girlfriend have never tried any sort of toy. Now that I've tried this, I'll pass on getting this for them, I think they would both be totally disappointed.
Follow-up commentary
I still think this was the worst bullet/ring ever. I've made a few orders since and I have considered getting another ring to see if they are all that bad, or to give to throw in a gift bag for a friend, but I haven't bothered to get another. Even if it is a free gift, at least I'll get use out of a tote or more Eden wipes. Would not recommend this ring.

So, it sounds like this has gone to the rubbish heap for you, but do you think that replacing the vibe with a better one would save the ring at all or is the ring portion just not worth it? Sorry this didn't work out for you, but thanks for the review.

Jimbo Jones, I mentioned that the bullet could be replaced with another one. But no, even then the ring is not very exciting. It has some nubs on one side for stimulation but they are really short and did nothing for me. I'll stick with my Janine ring.

  • is this the best free gift?
    • looks really cool, but its only good for one or two uses
    • still fairly cool that you can get away taking it anywhere
    • I always get the wipes as my free gift. They're great for cleaning external use toys or for giving internal use toys a quick wipe down before I fall asleep, and then going for the soap and water the next morning. I also use them to sanitise my laptop keyboard and my asthma inhaler.

    • I know that it says Disposable, but is it possible to use it more than once if its cleaned and maintained? What exactly makes it "disposable"? Does it just have a certain amount of battery life or what?
    • The product information specifies that the power source is not replaceable - that's probably what it refers to. As a non-vibrating ring, you could probably use it more than once, though I don't know how durable it is. Looks like there's plenty of reviews on it that could give you a more in-depth look.
    • Essentially what it means is you can't replace the batteries. You CAN however replace the bullet with a more high quality one and get a few more uses out of the ring after the power source dies!

    • For those of you who received an EdenFantasy Vibrating Ring as a free gift, how long has it lasted? The product description says 30 minutes. We've definitely had more than 30 minutes of use and our is still going!
    • Mine lasted a bit under 30 minutes with the original bullet, but we are going on over a couple of weeks with the EF bullet in it!
