The First Installment

For E. L. James' first book, this isn't very bad. I can admit I was stuck for a little while, but this book is very interesting. I would recommend it to my friends.

Content / Style / Audience

This is the first book of the trilogy, and where Anastasia Steele meets Christian Grey. Anastasia Steele is a literature student and when her friend gets sick and can't do an interview, she asks Ana to do it for her. Ana didn't know what was in store and found herself drooling over Mr. Grey. Throughout the book, Ana is determined to get Christian, visa versa but Christian wants her when he is ready.

This book is more geared towards the readers that like romance and sex scenes. This is a good book for someone's first book ever, but this book isn't something that more advanced users would want to read, maybe more for beginners.

I'm going to read it over again but as of right now it's collecting dust with my other books. It's still in great condition , no rips or anything.
