So cold, it is almost frigid! Durex came out with a truly unique product! This lubricant is stored in the freezer! It is for those who like temperature play, specifically with cold temperatures. If you are sensitive to the cold, you may not want to try this, but it may be a fun and new experience for those who do. The lubricant can be used for sex or with any kind of toy since it is water based. The box has 6 individually wrapped lubricant spheres for 6 separate sessions of play. You can choose to place all or just one at a time in your freezer. Be sure to allow time to freeze before use, which will take a few hours. The package also allows for massage as well which I will explain.

The ingredients are as such for those with concerns:

Water, Hydroxyethylcellulose, PEG 800, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Hydroxide.

When taken out of the package the lubricant was frozen in, the lubricant resembles an ice cube. As it melts, the lubricant is thick and becomes smoother and thinner as it becomes warmer. It is very silky and doesn't feel greasy at all. It became a little sticky with sex but this wasn't enough to become a problem. The packages contain .25 fluid ounces of lubricant which is more than enough needed for a sex session or play time. The lubricant stays in place which is probably due to the colder temperatures, but I had no complaints.

There is little scent to the lubricant and very little taste. It tastes somewhat like Vaseline which barely has a taste at all.

When we took one of the lubricant packs out of the freezer, we used it in a chilly massage. My boyfriend used the cold pack on my nipples and clitoris and I used it on his balls. The cold felt amazing and it was nice to not have dripping water everywhere. We didn't want to have the lubricant melt completely, just a little so then we took it out the package.

The package opens much like a contact lens pack. You peel away the top and discard the rest. The lubricant remains in a ice cube like half sphere and will start to melt with body heat. My boyfriend inserted the amazing cold frozen lubricant into me and then slide with warm in behind it. It was amazing feeling the cold slowly turn to warm as every inch of my body was on edge from the heightened nerves. My partner said he loved it as well. We both like playing with hot and cold, so this was a stellar experience! The lubricant was smooth and silky and added to the sexual intercourse. It was the right amount for sex and we didn't need to add any extra. The hotter we got, the better the lube got.

Afterward, it was easy to wash off and didn't cause any irritation. It took probably 10 minutes for all of the lube to melt.

The package is quite cute. It is a semi clear plastic box with little purple circles all on it. In each circle is something about the product or an idea of how to use it. Inside are the 6 separate packets of lubricant. The box is small and easy to store. You should either keep it in the freezer or keep it in a cool place away from heat.

Like mentioned above, the cooling sensation feels great. It heightens all your senses and making everything more arousing, at least it did for us.
