Pleasure balm prolonging gel by Kama Sutra - review by GNGenie

Right off the bat, I guessed I wouldn't like this product when I opened the little sample jar. It smelled a little like the inside of an old man's pocket (that is to say like peppermints and a little eucalyptus) and it was a rather alarming shade of green. Having paid for the little kit, though, I figured I might as well try it out and see what happened.

The texture of this is a perfect "gel" consistency. It is thick, stays where you put it, and goes on as thick or as thin as you want it to. Sad to say that is the only positive thing I can think of to say about this product.

Ow. I'm not into tingly hot/cold gels at the best of times, but this particular product made it feel like I'd rubbed capsicum on my nipples: tingly, burning, with a little chilly feeling as well. I was seriously starting to wonder if I'd caused serious damage somehow after washing it off when it still didn't stop tingling! (It stopped after a few minutes, but not right after it was washed off.)

Husband thought perhaps I was overreacting (or just not a fan of the product), so we tried a little on his penis against my better judgment. While he didn't seem to be as pained by the tingling as I was, he wasn't too fond of the sensation either saying it was too tingly and made him feel a bit numb. I went ahead and gave him a blow job "to wash it off", and it revealed that it didn't taste so great either (like an old mint) and had similar numbing and tingling effects on the tongue.

Needless to say, this was going nowhere near my vagina.

Perhaps if you like the hot/cold sensation a small amount will work for you, but above all I must advise caution!
