Condom cube - sex toy storage by DevineToys / AfterCare - review by Lily Night

The Condom Cube by Divine Toys is a very attractive way to store condoms as well as other small tidbits that tend to accumulate on desks and headboards. The outside dimensions are approximately 2 3/4 inches on each side as well as the same height making a compact cube. On the inside however, the storage space is only 2 1/2 inches due to the thickness of the walls. The lid is a wrap around style covering the top and coming almost half way down the front of the box where it is secured by a powerful magnet. The magnet is nice because it keeps the box closed and secured at all times making this a very travel friendly accessory and keeping your secrets safely inside. Three sides of the cube along with the bottom of the inside are covered in a faux leather while the back top and the flap covering the front panel are covered in a beautiful lace and satin overlay that matches the larger Divine Toy Boxes. On one corner of the box the Divine Toys logo is engraved giving the secret of the contents away but other than that the Condom Cube could easily pass for a completely innocent storage box. To clean the leather looking parts and the satiny sections I would suggest a damp cloth and some soap for any dirty spots that appear. In case the Purple satin and lace doesn't go with your decor Eden does offer the cube in a red faux leather as well.

The condom cube came wrapped in a plain plastic bag with a stock number on it. While this isn't the best for storage it doesn't seem necessary to have a place to store your toy storage. Inside the box was a plastic textured frosted piece of paper with the Divine Toys logo on it. The first thing I did when opening the package was marvel at the beautiful purple color of the satin. In most of the pictures it appears to be almost blue, but in person the color is definitely a deep royal purple satin that has been overlaid with a black floral lace. After marveling at the beauty of my new storage container I promptly tried to determine exactly what I could stuff in it. Stacking them in layers like pancakes I managed to wedge 12 condoms in the box, but when they were turned upward card catalog style I was able to squeeze in 14. The cube is also a great place to store other things such as cock rings, pocket change, memory cards, lubricant samples, spare keys and any other tiny essentials one could think of. The only problem I have encountered so far is that as other reviewers have mentioned some condoms styles might not fit because of either abnormally large packaging or large condom sizes.

Being a stereotypical college student this at first seemed like an expensive purchase for such a small storage case, but after seeing the quality I have been won over. The cube is well constructed with no visible manufacturing defects and the inside is even double lined with material. The thick outer walls and the plush satin section just increase the feeling of decadence. I believe that as long as this cube isn't treated roughly it will provide many years of faithful service. The only possible snag being something getting caught and tearing the lace (no pun intended).
