Wow, what can be said about these products that hasn't already been said? There are seas of wonderful reviews already out there, but I hope I can add a little something extra anyhow!

Let's start with the packaging: I must say, this box was WAY bigger than I was expecting! That poor postman lugged this HUGE box up three flights of stairs, and I commended him upon his arrival. I opened up the box, and pulled out the glory that was inside: My very own liberator wedge and ramp!

I was so excited after seeing the glowing reviews here on EdenFantasys. I couldn't wait to jump in and get some position ideas. However, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any real guide or literature included with the set. Upon further inspection of the product page, while writing this review, I realized that I actually was supposed to receive such a book. So I'll be contacting EF about this, and will let you know how it goes. Although I had hoped to get some suggestions for configurations and positions, I'm confident that my husband and I will have fun figuring that out on our own. This was after all, our 2nd wedding anniversary present to ourselves. This counts as cotton, right?

Actually, they aren't made of cotton. But rather a layer of microfiber, plus a layer of nylon material over some firm foam padding. The outside cover reminds me of velour or velvet, which not only feels soft and comfortable, but also helps the wedge "grip" onto the ramp for various configurations. I was pretty surprised at how easily they stuck together without slipping or sliding, without any additional support! Cleaning is about as easy as it gets with this stuff. The outer shell is machine washable, in fact, after washing mine, I swear it got softer! The nylon layer can also be washed in some soapy water, if needed.

I was very impressed at how dense the foam is! My husband and I are, shall we say, not light people. But it still provided much-needed support without being completely crushed
or anything like that. Personally, I really enjoyed using it for "doggy-style" sex because it was so much more comfortable for me than supporting myself on my hands and knees. However, I was really surprised at how much more enjoyable even just plain ol' tried-and-true missionary style was while using the ramp!

In addition to the variety of sexual position possibilities, the ramp in particular has been really helpful during my rehab process, as I am nursing a knee injury. I used to always fumble with a hodgepodge of pillows and blankets, but that is a thing of the past. In fact, right now the ramp and wedge are sitting out in my living room on the couch so I can prop my leg up! It is PERFECT for that purpose, and honestly, I have wondered if there is a way I could suggest it to my mother-in-law who often has knee problems, without it being… well... weird. I'll have to think on that one.

Aside from the missing information packet, there are very few negative things that can be said about this set. The outer-cover is a bit of a magnet for dog hair unfortunately, then again, perhaps black was a poor choice given the color of dog hair in my home. I have been wrapping a sheet around it, just so I don't have to wash it as often while I use it more for rehab and less for sex. Unfortunately given the size of the ramp in particular, it isn't very easy to hide. However, I wouldn't change it, because the size is wonderful for its purpose. I wonder if a different material on the outside would make it look less sexy and more practical. I really don't know, to be honest, but it would be really cool if I could more easily pass them off as medical equipment, since they certainly ARE for me at the moment!
